साप्ताहिक निरीक्षण से सदर अस्पताल की व्यवस्था में दिख रहा सुधार

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देशानुसार जिले के वरीय अधिकारियों द्वारा सदर अस्पताल गुमला का साप्ताहिक निरीक्षण किया जा रहा है। नियमित निरीक्षण एवं निगरानी के कारण अस्पताल की व्यवस्थाओं में अब कई सकारात्मक सुधार देखने को मिल रहे हैं। इसी क्रम में आज शुक्रवार को लेखा प्रशासन एवं स्वनियोजन, जिला ग्रामीण विकास शाखा गुमला द्वारा सदर अस्पताल गुमला का साप्ताहिक निरीक्षण किया गया।

निरीक्षण के दौरान रोगी भर्ती वार्ड, किचेन रूम, दवा वितरण कक्ष, इमरजेंसी वार्ड, ओपीडी सहित अन्य विभागों का जायजा लिया गया। इस क्रम में भर्ती मरीजों एवं उनके परिजनों से बातचीत कर अस्पताल में मिल रही सुविधाओं के संबंध में जानकारी ली गई। मरीजों एवं उनके परिजनों द्वारा उपचार एवं उपलब्ध कराई जा रही सेवाओं पर संतुष्टि व्यक्त की गई।
प्रसव सेवाओं की जानकारी प्राप्त हुई कि अपराह्न 4:15 बजे तक 16 माताओं का सामान्य प्रसव कराया गया तथा 06 का सी-सेक्शन ऑपरेशन किया गया है। सभी माताओं को प्रसव के बाद चिकित्सकीय निगरानी में रखा गया है।
अस्पताल में भर्ती मरीजों की स्थिति के संबंध में बताया गया कि सर्जिकल वार्ड में 27, जनरल वार्ड में 141, पुरुष वार्ड में 26, महिला वार्ड में 23 तथा बच्चों के वार्ड में 13 मरीज भर्ती थे। ओपीडी में कुल 465 मरीजों का निबंधन किया गया तथा 10 आयुष्मान कार्ड निर्गत किए गए।
यह भी जानकारी दी गई कि भर्ती एवं बाह्य रोगियों को यथासंभव इलाज की सुविधा उपलब्ध कराई जा रही है तथा मरीजों की स्थिति के अनुसार आवश्यकता पड़ने पर बेहतर इलाज के लिए अन्यत्र रेफर किया जाता है। आज कुल 105 मरीजों को विभिन्न प्रखंडों से सदर अस्पताल लाने-ले जाने तथा 01 मरीज को रिम्स भेजने हेतु एम्बुलेंस सुविधा उपलब्ध कराई गई।
किचेन के निरीक्षण के दौरान साफ-सफाई बनाए रखने हेतु निर्देश दिए गए। मरीजों को निर्धारित मानकों के अनुसार सामान्य भोजन उपलब्ध कराया जा रहा है। एनआरसी (NRC) केंद्र में कुल 16 बच्चे भर्ती पाए गए, जिन्हें पौष्टिक आहार उपलब्ध कराया जा रहा है।
दवा वितरण कक्ष के निरीक्षण में बताया गया कि वर्तमान में अस्पताल में 612 प्रकार की दवाएं उपलब्ध हैं। निरीक्षण के दौरान जन औषधि केंद्र बंद पाया गया। अस्पताल में उपलब्ध मशीनें कार्यशील पाई गईं, जहां 44 मरीजों का एक्स-रे तथा 20 मरीजों का सीटी स्कैन किया गया।
अस्पताल में पदाधिकारियों एवं कर्मियों की नियमित उपस्थिति सुनिश्चित करने के उद्देश्य से उपस्थिति पंजी का निरीक्षण किया गया। निरीक्षण के दौरान अनुपस्थित पाए गए पदाधिकारियों एवं कर्मियों से कारण पृच्छा करने का निर्देश दिया गया। उपस्थिति आकस्मिक पंजी संधारित पाया गया।
सुरक्षा व्यवस्था के तहत अस्पताल परिसर में 46 सीसीटीवी कैमरे कार्यरत पाए गए। परिसर में किसी प्रकार का शैडो एरिया नहीं पाया गया। अस्पताल परिसर को स्वच्छ एवं दुर्गंध मुक्त बनाए रखने के लिए संबंधित कर्मियों को आवश्यक निर्देश दिए गए।
जिला प्रशासन द्वारा नियमित निरीक्षण के माध्यम से अस्पताल की सेवाओं को और बेहतर बनाने की दिशा में लगातार प्रयास किया जा रहा है।
