घरेलू गैस की उपलब्धता एवं वितरण व्यवस्था को लेकर बैठक आयोजित

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त, के निर्देशानुसार आज शुक्रवार को जिला आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी, गुमला की अध्यक्षता में गूगल मीट के माध्यम से घरेलू एलपीजी गैस की उपलब्धता, उपभोक्ताओं की जरूरत, संभावित कालाबाजारी की रोकथाम तथा वितरण व्यवस्था को लेकर एक महत्वपूर्ण बैठक आयोजित की गई।

बैठक में अनुमण्डल पदाधिकारी गुमला, बसिया एवं चैनपुर, प्रबंधक BPCL, HPCL एवं IOCL, सभी प्रखंड आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी, गुमला जिला तथा जिले के सभी घरेलू गैस वितरक शामिल हुए।

बैठक में जानकारी दी गई कि गुमला जिले में BPCL के 41,739 तथा HPCL के 16,500 उपभोक्ता हैं। वहीं IOCL के प्रबंधक द्वारा बताया गया कि जिले में IOCL के कुल 1,32,903 उपभोक्ता हैं। वर्तमान में जिले में प्रतिदिन लगभग 2300–2400 गैस सिलिंडरों का वितरण किया जा रहा है।

बैठक में यह भी बताया गया कि हाल के दिनों में अंतरराष्ट्रीय परिस्थितियों एवं अमेरिका-ईरान के बीच तनाव की खबरों के कारण कुछ उपभोक्ताओं द्वारा घबराहट में अधिक मात्रा में गैस बुकिंग की जा रही थी, जिससे सर्वर में तकनीकी समस्या उत्पन्न हो गई थी। अब इस समस्या का समाधान कर लिया गया है और दिनांक 14 मार्च 2026 से उपभोक्ता पूर्व की भाँति आसानी से गैस बुकिंग कर सकेंगे।
प्रशासन द्वारा स्पष्ट किया गया कि जिले में गैस की कोई कमी नहीं है, अतः उपभोक्ता अनावश्यक रूप से चिंतित न हों।

उपभोक्ताओं को यह भी जानकारी दी गई कि गैस बुकिंग UPI, PhonePe, Google Pay सहित अन्य डिजिटल माध्यमों से भी आसानी से की जा सकती है। वर्तमान व्यवस्था के अनुसार शहरी क्षेत्रों के उपभोक्ता 25 दिनों के बाद तथा ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों के उपभोक्ता 45 दिनों के बाद पुनः गैस बुकिंग कर सकते हैं। यदि किसी उपभोक्ता को निर्धारित अवधि से पहले गैस की आवश्यकता होती है तो वे अपने नजदीकी गैस एजेंसी से 5 किलोग्राम का छोटा सिलिंडर भी प्राप्त कर सकते हैं।

जिला आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी द्वारा गैस एजेंसियों के प्रबंधकों एवं डीलरों को सख्त निर्देश दिया गया कि किसी भी परिस्थिति में गैस की कालाबाजारी नहीं होने दी जाएगी। यदि कहीं से ऐसी शिकायत प्राप्त होती है तो संबंधित डीलर अथवा व्यक्तियों के विरुद्ध कठोर कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी, बसिया द्वारा सुझाव दिया गया कि यदि कहीं भी घरेलू गैस से संबंधित किसी प्रकार की समस्या उत्पन्न होती है तो उसकी सूचना तत्काल प्रशासन को दी जाए, ताकि समय पर कार्रवाई करते हुए स्थिति को नियंत्रित किया जा सके।

बैठक के दौरान शेरावाली गैस एजेंसी, गुमला द्वारा यह प्रस्ताव रखा गया कि गैस बुकिंग एवं वितरण केंद्रों के आसपास पुलिस गश्ती बढ़ाए जाने से लोगों में अनावश्यक घबराहट की स्थिति उत्पन्न नहीं होगी तथा व्यवस्था सुचारु रूप से संचालित हो सकेगी।

जिला प्रशासन द्वारा सभी उपभोक्ताओं से अपील की गई है कि गैस की पर्याप्त उपलब्धता है, अतः अनावश्यक बुकिंग या अफवाहों पर ध्यान न दें तथा आवश्यकतानुसार ही गैस बुकिंग करें।
