गुमला परिवहन विभाग की राजस्व संग्रहण को लेकर ‘बायपास पर बीते रात एवं दिन में सघन वाहन जांच अभियान में ₹4.05 लाख का जुर्माना वसूला

गुमला : – गुमला जिला में सड़क सुरक्षा को मजबूत बनाने के उद्देश्य से जिला परिवहन विभाग के और से विशेष अभियान चलाया गया उल्लंघन करने वालों के खिलाफ उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देशों के आलोक में, शुक्रवार को जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी (DTO) ज्ञान शंकर जायसवाल के नेतृत्व में गुमला-बायपास मुख्य मार्ग पर एक व्यापक वाहन जांच अभियान चलाया गया। इस सघन कार्रवाई से यातायात नियमों की अनदेखी करने वाले चालकों में हड़कंप एवं हफरा तफरी मच गया

24 घंटे के भीतर लाखों की वसूली शुक्रवार को चलाए गए इस विशेष अभियान के दौरान मोटर वाहन अधिनियम के तहत कुल ₹1,95,000 (एक लाख पनचंबे हजार रुपये) का जुर्माना वसूला गया। उल्लेखनीय है कि परिवहन विभाग की टीम गुरुवार को बीते रात को भी सक्रिय थी; देर रात की गई जांच में ₹2,10,000 का चालान काटा गया था। पिछले 24 घंटों के भीतर की गई इस त्वरित कार्रवाई ने जिले के लापरवाह चालकों को एक कड़ा संदेश दिया है।

‘कानफोड़ू’ साइलेंसरों और मोडिफाइड लाइट पर ऑन-स्पॉट एक्शन

अभियान के दौरान उन दोपहिया चालकों पर विशेष रूप से गाज गिरी, जिन्होंने अपनी मोटरसाइकिलों में कंपनी फिटेड साइलेंसर को हटाकर तेज आवाज (ब्लास्ट साउंड) वाले मॉडिफाइड साइलेंसर लगवा रखे थे। डीटीओ ने ध्वनि प्रदूषण फैलाने वाले ऐसे वाहनों पर न केवल भारी जुर्माना वसूला लगाया, बल्कि मौके पर ही मैकेनिक को बुलाकर अवैध साइलेंसरों को उतरवा दिया। अधिकारियों ने स्पष्ट किया कि सड़कों पर दहशत और ध्वनि प्रदूषण फैलाने वाली गतिविधियों को किसी भी सूरत में बर्दाश्त नहीं किया जाएगा।

ओवरलोडिंग और सुरक्षा मानकों पर प्रहार
जांच के दायरे में भारी मालवाहक वाहन भी शामिल रहे। क्षमता से अधिक माल (ओवरलोडिंग) ढोने वाले ट्रकों और हाइवा पर नियमों के तहत भारी जुर्माना लगाया गया। इसके अतिरिक्त, दोपहिया वाहनों पर बिना हेलमेट और चार पहिया वाहनों में बिना सीट बेल्ट के यात्रा करने वालों के खिलाफ भी दंडात्मक कार्रवाई की गई। विभाग द्वारा वाहनों के आवश्यक दस्तावेजों—जैसे बीमा, फिटनेस प्रमाण पत्र, परमिट और ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस—की भी गहन जांच की गई। अवैध रूप से एक्स्ट्रा LED लाइट लगाने और नंबर प्लेट छिपाने वाले वाहन भी रडार पर रहे।

दुर्घटना और आर्थिक परेशानी से बचने की अपील > इस सघन अभियान के उद्देश्यों पर प्रकाश डालते हुए जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी (DTO) ज्ञान शंकर जायसवाल ने कहा, “हमारा मुख्य उद्देश्य केवल चालान काटना नहीं, बल्कि बहुमूल्य मानवीय जिंदगियों को बचाना है। हेलमेट और सीट बेल्ट जहां दुर्घटना की स्थिति में आपकी जान बचाते हैं, वहीं वाहन के वैध दस्तावेज (बीमा, परमिट आदि) दुर्घटना के पश्चात आपके परिवार को कानूनी और आर्थिक संकटों से सुरक्षित रखते हैं।”
