गुमला : – नगर परिषद, गुमला (वर्ग–ख) के नवनिर्वाचित अध्यक्ष एवं वार्ड पार्षदों के शपथ ग्रहण तथा उपाध्यक्ष पद के अप्रत्यक्ष निर्वाचन को लेकर शनिवार 14 मार्च 2026 को अनुमण्डल कार्यालय, गुमला के सभागार में कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया जाएगा।
निर्धारित कार्यक्रम के अनुसार शपथ ग्रहण समारोह का आयोजन अनुमण्डल कार्यालय परिसर स्थित सभागार में किया जाएगा। इसके पश्चात नगर परिषद के उपाध्यक्ष पद के अप्रत्यक्ष निर्वाचन की प्रक्रिया प्रारंभ होगी, जिसमें संबंधित जनप्रतिनिधियों को पूर्वाह्न 8 बजे से निर्धारित समय पर उपस्थित होने के लिए आमंत्रित किया गया है।
निर्वाचन की सभी प्रक्रियाओं के पूर्ण होने के उपरांत नगर परिषद के उपाध्यक्ष का शपथ ग्रहण लगभग अपराह्न 02:00 बजे संपन्न होने की संभावना है।
कार्यक्रम के शांतिपूर्ण एवं सुचारू संचालन के उद्देश्य से अनुमण्डल पदाधिकारी-सह-दण्डाधिकारी, गुमला द्वारा भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता, 2023 की धारा–163 (पूर्व में दण्ड प्रक्रिया संहिता की धारा–144) के तहत 14 मार्च 2026 को प्रातः 06:00 बजे से अपराह्न 06:00 बजे तक अनुमण्डल कार्यालय परिसर एवं उसके 100 मीटर की परिधि में निषेधाज्ञा लागू करने का आदेश जारी किया गया है।
जिला प्रशासन द्वारा नागरिकों से अपील की गई है कि वे शांति एवं विधि-व्यवस्था बनाए रखने में प्रशासन का सहयोग करें तथा जारी दिशा-निर्देशों का पालन सुनिश्चित करें, ताकि कार्यक्रम शांतिपूर्ण एवं व्यवस्थित ढंग से संपन्न कराया जा सके।
