अंचल दिवस 3.0 की शुरुआत, सिसई में लगा समाधान शिविर

उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने स्वयं सुनी ग्रामीणों की समस्याएं, 85% आवेदनों का हुआ ऑन द स्पॉट त्वरित निष्पादन

गुमला : – गुमला जिला अंतर्गत स्थित सिसई प्रखंड में भूमि विवाद एवं अंचल से संबंधित विभिन्न समस्याओं के त्वरित समाधान के उद्देश्य से जिला प्रशासन द्वारा संचालित अंचल दिवस 3.0 का तृतीय चरण शुक्रवार को सिसई अंचल कार्यालय परिसर में आयोजित किया गया। उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित स्वयं शिविर में उपस्थित रहीं और उन्होंने आमजनों की समस्याओं को संवेदनशीलता के साथ सुनते हुए संबंधित पदाधिकारियों को त्वरित निष्पादन के निर्देश दिए।
इस अवसर पर उपायुक्त ने कहा कि अंचल स्तर पर ही लोगों की समस्याओं का समाधान सुनिश्चित करना जिला प्रशासन की प्राथमिकता है, ताकि ग्रामीणों को अपनी समस्याओं के समाधान के लिए जिला मुख्यालय तक न आना पड़े। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि भूमि विवाद सहित सभी अंचल संबंधित मामलों का निष्पादन पारदर्शिता, संवेदनशीलता एवं तत्परता के साथ किया जाए।

शिविर के दौरान बड़ी संख्या में ग्रामीण अपनी समस्याओं को लेकर पहुंचे। प्राप्त आवेदनों पर त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुए कुल प्राप्त 82 आवेदनों में से 70 आवेदनों का मौके पर ही निष्पादन किया गया, जबकि 12 मामलों में आवश्यक जांच के आदेश दिए गए। इस प्रकार कुल मामलों का लगभग 85 % प्रतिशत त्वरित निष्पादन सुनिश्चित किया गया।

आवेदन एवं निष्पादन का संक्षिप्त विवरण
अंचल दिवस के दौरान विभिन्न विषयों से संबंधित आवेदन प्राप्त हुए। इनमें भूमि विवाद के 08 मामले आए, जिनमें से 06 का निष्पादन किया गया तथा 02 मामलों को जांच हेतु भेजा गया।
दाखिल-खारिज के 24 मामलों का मौके पर ही निष्पादन किया गया।
पंजी-II सुधार के 11 मामलों में से 01 का निष्पादन तथा 10 मामलों में जांच के आदेश दिए गए।
इसके अतिरिक्त जाति, आय एवं आवासीय प्रमाण पत्र से संबंधित 19 मामलों, पारिवारिक सदस्यता के 10 मामलों तथा भू-धारण – जनशिकायत निवारण दिवस से संबंधित 10 मामलों का भी शिविर में ही निष्पादन किया गया।
भूमि विवाद से संबंधित मामलों के संदर्भ में उपायुक्त ने उपस्थित ग्रामीणों को जानकारी देते हुए कहा कि ट्राइबल भूमि से जुड़े मामलों के निष्पादन के लिए प्रशासन गंभीर है और ऐसे मामलों का समाधान प्राथमिकता के आधार पर किया जाएगा। उन्होंने लोगों से अपील की कि भूमि विवाद से संबंधित मामलों को लेकर अंचल दिवस में अवश्य आएं, ताकि अधिक से अधिक मामलों का निष्पादन अंचल स्तर पर ही संभव हो सके।

इस अवसर पर अपर समाहर्ता गुमला शशिंद्र कुमार बड़ाइक, भूमि सुधार उप समाहर्ता (DCLR) राजीव कुमार, अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी (SDO) सदर राजीव नीरज, सिसई प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी, अंचल अधिकारी सहित अन्य संबंधित पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी उपस्थित रहे।

ज्ञात हो कि अंचल दिवस 3.0 के अंतर्गत प्रत्येक शुक्रवार को विभिन्न अंचलों में समाधान शिविर आयोजित किए जाएंगे, जहां जिला स्तरीय पदाधिकारी उपस्थित रहकर आमजनों की समस्याओं की सुनवाई करेंगे और यथासंभव – ऑन द स्पॉट – समाधान सुनिश्चित करेंगे।

जिलेवासियों से अपील की है कि वे भूमि विवाद, दाखिल-खारिज, मापी, सीमांकन एवं अन्य राजस्व से संबंधित समस्याओं के समाधान हेतु निर्धारित तिथि पर आयोजित अंचल दिवस में भाग लें, ताकि समस्याओं का त्वरित एवं प्रभावी समाधान सुनिश्चित किया जा सके।

अंचल दिवस 3.0 के अंतर्गत अगले चरण का आयोजन 20 मार्च 2026 को भरनो अंचल कार्यालय परिसर में किया जाएगा। इस अवसर पर भी जिला स्तरीय पदाधिकारी उपस्थित रहकर आमजनों की समस्याओं की सुनवाई करेंगे तथा यथासंभव मामलों का ऑन द स्पॉट निष्पादन सुनिश्चित किया जाएगा।
