नगर परिषद क्षेत्र अंतर्गत 50 से 55 दुकानदार एवं मकान मालिक जिन्होंने अपने दुकानों एवं घर के बहार अवैध निर्माण किया है को नगर परिषद द्वारा भेजा गया नोटिस

गुमला – गुमला जिला मुख्यालय में दिनांक 19 जून 2024 को नगर परिषद गुमला क्षेत्र के मुख्य पथों पर किए गए अतिक्रमण अभियान के क्रम में सभी दुकानदारो व मकान मालिकों को मौखिक रूप से निर्देशित करते हुए सूचित किया गया था , की उनके द्वारा नाली पर किए गए अवैध निर्माण को वे दो दिनों के अन्दर हटा ले। किन्तु ऐसे लोगों ने अबतक नाली पर किए गए अतिक्रमण को नही हटाया है। अतएव उक्त के निमित ऐसे कुल 50 से 55 लोगों को नोटिस करते हुए कड़ा निदेश दिया गया है की वे अवैध निर्माण को अविलंब हटा ले अन्यथा बाध्य होकर झारखंड नगर पालिका अधिनियम 2011 के सुसंगत धाराओं के तहत विधिवत कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
