गुमला में राष्ट्रीय लोक अदालत: 26,125 मामलों का निपटारा, 32 करोड़ से अधिक राजस्व संग्रहित

कार्यक्रम का आयोजन

गुमला: नालसा और झालसा के निर्देशानुसार, प्रधान जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश ध्रुव चंद्र मिश्र के मार्गदर्शन में 13 जुलाई 2024 को राष्ट्रीय लोक अदालत का आयोजन व्यवहार न्यायालय, गुमला में किया गया। कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत दीप प्रज्ज्वलन से हुई, जिसमें प्रधान जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश ध्रुव चंद्र मिश्र, उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी, और पुलिस अधीक्षक शंभू कुमार सिंह ने संयुक्त रूप से दीप प्रज्ज्वलित किया।

बेंचों का गठन

मामलों के निपटारे के लिए आठ बेंचों का गठन किया गया था। प्रधान जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश ने कहा कि पिछली लोक अदालत की प्रियता को देखते हुए सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने नियमित रूप से लोक अदालत आयोजित करने का निर्देश दिया है। यह मंच लोगों को त्वरित और सस्ता न्याय प्रदान करता है, जहां विवाद दोनों पक्षों की सहमति से सुलझाए जाते हैं।

उपायुक्त का वक्तव्य

उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने कहा कि गुमला अन्य जिलों से काफी पिछड़ा हुआ है। यहां के लोगों को उनकी आर्थिक स्थिति को देखते हुए सुलभ और त्वरित न्याय मिलना चाहिए। लोक अदालत इसमें एक महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाती है, जिसमें दोनों पक्षकारों की जीत होती है और समय और पैसे की बचत होती है।

पुलिस अधीक्षक का वक्तव्य

पुलिस अधीक्षक शंभू कुमार सिंह ने कहा कि पुराने और नए मामलों के निपटारे के लिए राष्ट्रीय लोक अदालत सभी जगह आयोजित की जा रही है। यहां के बहुत से मामले क्रिमिनल माइंडेड नहीं हैं और उन्हें केस से मुक्ति दिलाने का प्रयास किया जा रहा है।

परिसंपत्तियों का वितरण

इस दौरान लाभुकों को चिन्हित कर परिसंपत्तियों का वितरण भी किया गया। ज्योति गुप्ता को सात लाख रुपये का चेक दिया गया। शाहिना खातून को 3.50 लाख रुपये का चेक दिया गया। रोशनी परवीन, रुखसाना परवीन, केशव किसन बड़ाइक, प्रेमलता, आभा मिंज को एक-एक लाख रुपये का चेक दिया गया। चनेश्वर लोहारा को चार लाख रुपये का चेक दिया गया।

मंच संचालन अवर न्यायाधीश सह सचिव जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार के सचिव श्री राम कुमार लाल गुप्ता ने किया। धन्यवाद ज्ञापन न्यायिक दंडाधिकारी श्वेता सोनी ने दिया।

निष्पादन और राजस्व संग्रह

राष्ट्रीय लोक अदालत में कुल 26,125 मामलों का निष्पादन किया गया, जिसमें 32,41,86,751 रुपये का राजस्व संग्रहित किया गया।
