ग्राम संपत्ति पोर्टल से संबंधित उपायुक्त की समीक्षात्मक बैठक

पोर्टल का उद्देश्य

गुमला – जिले में संचालित विभिन्न योजनाओं और निर्माण कार्यों की पारदर्शिता बनाए रखने के लिए उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने “ग्राम संपत्ति” नामक ऑनलाइन पोर्टल की शुरुआत की है। इस पोर्टल पर विभिन्न विभागों के निर्माण कार्यों की अद्यतन स्थिति, पूर्व में हुए निर्माण कार्यों की जानकारी, एजेंसी, और निर्माण कार्यों के वर्ष सहित सभी जानकारी उपलब्ध है।

बैठक का आयोजन

शनिवार को उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी की अध्यक्षता में ग्राम संपत्ति योजना से संबंधित समीक्षात्मक बैठक का आयोजन किया गया। बैठक में सभी इंजीनियरिंग विभागों को निर्देश दिया गया कि वे अपने कार्यों की जानकारी ग्राम संपत्ति पोर्टल पर नियमित रूप से अपलोड करें।

निर्देश और समीक्षा

उपायुक्त ने कहा कि सभी निर्माण कार्यों, भवनों और योजनाओं के बाहर QR कोड लगाना अनिवार्य होगा। इसके साथ ही, उन्होंने निर्माणाधीन योजनाओं को समय पर पूर्ण करने और सभी कार्यों की विवरणी को ग्राम संपत्ति पोर्टल पर अपलोड करने का निर्देश दिया।

डाटा की समीक्षा

उपायुक्त ने अब तक अपलोड हुए डाटा की भी समीक्षा की। उन्होंने कहा कि पोर्टल पर आने वाले समय में जिले के नागरिकों द्वारा समस्याएं अपलोड की जाएंगी। इन शिकायतों को सभी अधिकारी सकारात्मक रूप से लेंगे और जल्द से जल्द समाधान करेंगे।

नियमित रिपोर्टिंग

उपायुक्त ने संबंधित विभागों को मासिक रूप से अपनी रिपोर्ट ग्राम संपत्ति पोर्टल पर अपलोड करने की बात कही। उन्होंने कहा कि इस पोर्टल के माध्यम से विभागों और एजेंसियों की नियमित समीक्षा की जाएगी।

उपस्थित अधिकारी

बैठक में मुख्य रूप से जिला योजना पदाधिकारी, जिला समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी, संबंधित इंजीनियरिंग विभागों के कार्यपालक अभियंता, सहायक कार्यपालक अभियंता, और अन्य संबंधित पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी मौजूद थे।
