गुमला में साइकिल और ऋण वितरण कार्यक्रम का आयोजन

मुख्य अतिथियों की उपस्थिति

गुमला – अनुसूचित जाति, अनुसूचित जनजाति, अल्पसंख्यक और पिछड़े वर्ग के बीच कल्याण विभाग द्वारा उन्नति का पहिया एवं मुख्यमंत्री रोजगार सृजन योजना के तहत साइकिल और ऋण वितरण कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया गया। कार्यक्रम में गुमला विधायक भूषण तिर्की और उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में उपस्थित थे। साथ ही जिला परिषद अध्यक्ष और उपाधीक्षक भी अतिथि के रूप में मौजूद रहे।

साइकिल वितरण

कार्यक्रम में जिले के विभिन्न विद्यालयों के 5800 विद्यार्थियों के बीच साइकिल का वितरण किया जा रहा है। सांकेतिक रूप से 200 विद्यार्थियों के बीच साइकिल का वितरण किया गया। बाकी विद्यार्थियों को प्रखंड स्तर पर साइकिलें वितरित की जाएंगी।

मुख्यमंत्री रोजगार सृजन योजना

मुख्यमंत्री रोजगार सृजन योजना के तहत 108 लाभुकों को ऋण उपलब्ध कराया गया। यह ऋण 5,07,00,943 रुपये की राशि का था। इस ऋण का उद्देश्य विभिन्न व्यवसायों और आजीविका वाहनों के लिए सहायता प्रदान करना है।

लाभुकों को अनुदान आधारित ऋण

इस योजना के तहत अनुसूचित जनजाति के 20 लाभुकों को 2,23,18,158 रुपये और पिछड़ी जाति के 17 लाभुकों को 1,89,82,776 रुपये का अनुदान आधारित ऋण दिया गया। इसमें ट्रैक्टर, बोलेरो, टेंपो और स्कॉर्पियो जैसे वाहन शामिल हैं।

स्वरोजगार को बढ़ावा

मुख्यमंत्री रोजगार सृजन योजना के तहत युवाओं को 25 लाख रुपये तक का ऋण प्रदान किया जा रहा है। इसमें अनुदान की राशि भी शामिल है। गुमला विधायक भूषण तिर्की ने कहा कि यह योजना जिले के बेरोजगार युवाओं को स्वरोजगार के अवसर प्रदान कर रही है।

उपायुक्त का संदेश

उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने कहा कि “उन्नति का पहिया” योजना विद्यार्थियों के लिए कारगर साबित होगी। उन्होंने कहा कि स्वरोजगार को बढ़ावा देने के लिए सभी लाभुकों को अनुदान आधारित ऋण का वितरण किया गया है।

जिला परिषद अध्यक्ष किरण माला बाड़ा, उप विकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो, जिला परिषद उपाध्यक्ष संयुक्ता देवी, परियोजना निदेशक ITDA, और जिला कल्याण पदाधिकारी ने भी मंच को संबोधित किया और आवश्यक जानकारियाँ दीं।
