गुमला – झारखण्ड अनुसचिवीय कर्मचारी संघ (समाहरणालय संवर्ग ) के द्वारा संघ के ज्ञापांक 41दिनांक 14/07/2024 के द्वारा पूर्व में घोषित कार्यक्रम के तहत 09 सूत्री माँग की पूर्ति हेतु समाहरणालय गुमला अंतर्गत सभी ब्लॉक एंव अंचल कार्यालय, पर अनुमण्डल कार्यालय तथा उपायुक्त के कार्यालय में कार्यरत सभी लिपिक, अनुसेवक एंव कम्प्यूटर ऑपरेटर के द्वारा काला बिल्ला लगा कर सरकारी कार्य निष्पादित किया गया.
सभी कर्मियों में सरकार के विरुद्ध काफी रोष है, यदि सरकार हमारी 09सूत्री माँगो को पूरा नहीं करती है तो संघ के द्वारा निर्धारित तिथि के तहत दिनांक 18/07/2024 को अपराह्न 2बजे से 05बजे तक पेन डाउन एंव दिनांक 20/07/2024 को गुमला उपायुक्त को ज्ञापन सौंपते हुए संध्या में कैंडल मार्च कर दिनांक 22/07/2024 से अनिश्चितकालीन हड़ताल पर चले जायेंगे.
