गुमला – गुमला जिला अंतर्गत स्थित चैनपुर अनुमंडल के जारी प्रखंड कार्यालय में जिस स्थान से 5 पंचायत व 52 गांव के विकास का खाका खींचा जाता है।जहां से विकास की योजनाओं का संचालन किया जाता है।उस परिसर में बने शौचालय में गंदगी का अंबार है। जबकि प्रतिदिन सैकड़ों लोग अपनी समस्याओं व अन्य कामों को लेकर पहुंचते है।बात हो रही है जारी ब्लॉक भवन में बने पुरुष व महिलाये शौचालय की सफाई न होने से यहां लोग अंदर नही घुसते और उन्हें परेशान होना पड़ता है।इस परिसर में भवन के साथ आफिस भी हैं।यहां दिनभर लोगों का आना जाना लगा रहता है।ब्लाक परिसर में मेन गेट से घुसते ही बगल में शौचालय बना हुआ है।
जबकि ऊपर तल्ला में भी शौचालय की साफ़ सफाई काफी दिनों से नही हुई है।और शौचालय में पानी भी नही है।वही कई शौचालयों का फलस भी टूटा हुआ है।वही सफाई और देखरेख के अभाव में शौचालय निष्प्रयोज्य साबित हो रहा है।अंदर गंदगी अधिक होने के कारण दुर्गन्ध फैला रहा है वही शौचालय में घुसना भी मुश्किल है।साथ ही जो भी फरियादी ब्लाक मुख्यालय पहुंच रहे हैं उन्हें परेशान होना पड़ रहा है।जिम्मेदार इस ओर ध्यान नही दे रहे है।
शौचालय की साफ सफाई कराए जाने की जरूरत है पर जिम्मेदार बेपरवा हैं।वही भवन जब से बना है।शौचालय की यही स्थित बनी हुई है।संवेदक के द्वारा शौचालय का निर्माण घटिया तरीके से किया हुआ है।जिसका समियाज ग्रामीणों को भुगतना पड़ रहा है।
