गुमला – गुमला जिला अंतर्गत स्थित पालकोट थाना क्षेत्र में दो अलग अलग सड़क दुर्घटना में तीन लोग हुए घायल. पालकोट थाना क्षेत्र के सोलगा गांव के समीप सुबह आठ बजे के आसपास एक सिफ्ट डीजार्यस कार पलट गयी. जिसमें सवार पिता पुत्र घायल हो गये. जिसे गांव के आस पास के लोगो के द्वारा पालकोट सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र पालकोट ईलाज के लिए 108 एंबुलेंस से भेजा गया. जानकारी सूत्रो के अनुसार पिता सत्यनारायण सिंह व पुत्र अंरबिद सिंह औरंगाबाद से राउरकेला जा रहे थे.
जैसे ही सोलगा गांव पहुंचे तो सामने से एक तेज रफ्तार से पीककप वैन आ गयी. चुंकी वाहन तेज रफ्तार में थी व उस जगह तीखा मोड़ भी है.उसे बचाने के दौरान कार सड़क के नीचे उतर गया और सड़क के किनारे एक बिजली का खंभा को टक्कर मारते हुए कार पलट गयी. सुचना पालकोट पुलिस को दिया गया. पालकोट पुलिस मौके पर पहुंचकर कार में रखे सभी समानो को कब्जे में कर लिया. सत्यनारायण सिंह टांसपोर्ट का काम है.उसु सिलसिले में राउरकेला जा रहे थे. दोनों खतरे से बाहर हैं.
दूसरी घटना पालकोट के पोजेंगा गांव के केंउद टोली के समीप लगभग 11 बजे की है.जिसमें पुरा परिवार थे. कार में गढ़वा से राउरकेला जा रहे थे. तभी केंउद टोली गांव के पास सड़क के बीच में एक व्यक्ति अचानक आ गया. जिसे बचाने के क्रम में कार चालक प्रमोद कुमार घायल हो गया. पालकोट थाना के एस आई रामचंद्र यादव ने बताया कि व्यक्ति को बचाने के दौरान कार सड़क के नीचे उतर गयी और अभी बरसाती कीचड़ होने के चलते वाहन पलट गयी. कार में सवार सभी लोग सुरक्षित हैं. केवल चालक प्रमोद कुमार को हल्की चोट लगी है जिसे स्वास्थ केंद्र पालकोट में ईलाज के बाद छुट्टी दे दिया गया. दोनों वाहनो को पालकोट पुलिस थाना ले आयी है.
