गुमला – गुमला व्यवहार न्यायालय गुमला के एडीजे वन प्रेम शंकर की अदालत ने शुक्रवार को दुष्कर्म के आरोपित पालकोट प्रखंड का तुंडरटोली निवासी विरेंद्र गोप को धारा 376(2) (n) दस वर्ष का कारावास और दस हजार रुपये अर्थदंड की सजा सुनाई है। अर्थदंड की राशि नहीं देने पर छह माह का अतिरिक्त कारावास भुगतना होगा। घटना दो अगस्त 2020 की है। आरोपित विरेंद्र ने पालकोट की एक युवती के साथ दुष्कर्म किया था। इसके बाद उसे डरा धमका दिया था। लगातार कई बार दुष्कर्म की घटना को अंजाम देने के बाद पीड़िता ने इसकी शिकायत अपने परिजनों से की। इसके बाद मामला दर्ज कराया गया था।
