उपायुक्त की अध्यक्षता में NCORD समिति, कारा,खनन, सड़क सुरक्षा से संबंधित संयुक्त समीक्षात्मक बैठक हुई संपन्न, दिए कई आवश्यक निर्देश

गुमला :- गुमला उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी की अध्यक्षता में आज NCORD समिति, कारा, खनन, एवं सड़क सुरक्षा से संबंधित संयुक्त समीक्षात्मक बैठक का आयोजन किया गया।

NCORD समिति की समीक्षा के क्रम में उपायुक्त ने जिले में अवैध रूप से नशीले पदार्थों पर रोक लगाने के निर्देश दिए। इस दौरान पुलिस अधीक्षक शंभू कुमार सिंह ने कहा कि जिले में लगातार गांजा, ड्रग्स जैसे अवैध रूप से नशीले पदार्थों के बिक्री करने वालो पर पुलिस प्रशासन द्वारा लगातार छापेमारी की जा रही है। साथ ही कुछ संदेह जनक लोगों को रडार में रखा गया एवं औचक छापेमारी भी की जा रही है।

सड़क सुरक्षा से संबंधित समीक्षा के क्रम में उपायुक्त ने सड़क दुर्घटना से हुए मृतकों के परिवारजनों को जल्द ही मुआवजा राशि उपलब्ध कराने की बात कही। इसके आलावा सड़क दुर्घटना से मृतकों के परिवार जनों को अन्य इंश्योरेंस की राशि, एवं आपदा प्रबंधन समिति से मिलने वाली मुआवजा राशि भी दिलाने हेतु सहयोग करने की बात कही। उन्होंने कहा सड़क दुर्घटना से हुए मृतकों के परिवारजनों को सड़क सुरक्षा के तहग 2लाख रुपए की मुआवजा राशि दी जाती है वहीं इसके अलावा आपदा प्रबंधन से भी परिवारजनों को 1 लाख रुपए की मुआवजा राशि प्रदान की जाती है।

इसके अलावा यदि मृतक ने प्रधानमंत्री जीवन ज्योति बीमा योजना लिया हो तो वहां से भी उन्हें सहायता राशि मिलती है। साथ ही यदि मृतक के द्वारा श्रम कार्ड बनाया गया हो तो उसपर भी सहायता राशि सरकार के द्वारा दी जाती है। उपायुक्त ने सभी लाभुकों को योजनाओं का लाभ सही समय पर देने का निर्देश दिया। जिला परिवहनद विभाग के कर्मियों के प्रति उपायुक्त ने सख्ती बरतते हुए उन्हें निर्देशित किया कि सड़क दुर्घटना से हुए मृतकों के परिवारजनों को सभी योजनाओं से आच्छादित करने में परिवहन विभाग के कर्मी सहयोग करें अन्यथा कर्मियों के विरुद्ध कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

इसके अलावा उपायुक्त ने सभी पेट्रोल पंप में लगाए गए सीसीटीवी फुटेज का भी चेकिंग करते रहने का निर्देश दिया । किसी भी पेट्रोल पंप के द्वारा बिना हेलमेट के पेट्रोल दिए जाने पर पेट्रोल पंप पर कारवाई की जाएगी। वैसे पेट्रोल पंप जिनके द्वारा बिना हेलमेट के पेट्रोल दिए जा रहे हैं उन्हें नोटिस भेजने का निर्देश दिया गए।
उपायुक्त ने सभी ब्लैक स्पॉट वाले क्षेत्रों के निर्माण कार्यों को अविलंब पूर्ण करने का निर्देश दिया ।
इसके साथ ही उपायुक्त ने ट्रैफिक मैनेजमेंट, पार्किंग की व्यवस्था दुरुस्त करने आदि पर भी निर्देश दिए।

कारा अंतर्गत व्यवस्थाओं की समीक्षा के क्रम में उपायुक्त ने कारा अंतर्गत आवश्यक व्यवस्थाओं को दुरुस्त रखने का निर्देश दिया , उन्होंने कारा अंतर्गत सभी नियमों का कड़े रूप से पालन करने की बात कही।कारा अंतर्गत चल रहे निर्माण कार्यों को स समय पूर्ण करने का निर्देश दिया।

इस दौरान खनन अंर्तगत इल्लीगल माइनिंग पर भी कड़ी नजर रखने एवं औचक छापामारी करने आदि का निर्देश दिया गया। इसके साथ ही उपायुक्त द्वारा अन्य कई मुख्य बिंदुओं पर समीक्षा करते हुए आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिया गया ।

इस दौरान बैठक में मुख्य रूप से पुलिस अधीक्षक , एसडीआई सदर, एसडीओ चैनपुर, सिविल सर्जन गुमला, जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी, कारा अधीक्षक,जिला खनन पदाधिकारी, सहायक निदेशक जिला सामाजिक सुरक्षा सहित अन्य संबंधित पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी मौजूद रहें।
