जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी की अध्यक्षता में साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन किया गया। जिसमें दूर दराज से लगभग 30 से अधिक आवेदकों ने आकर उपायुक्त से मुलाकात की एवं अपनी समस्याओं से उपायुक्त को अवगत करवाया।

गुमला जिले के गोरापहार से आए एतेश्वर असुर ने उपायुक्त से मुलाकात की, उन्होंने बताया कि वे अत्यंत ही गरीब परिवार से हैं एवं अपनी बेटी को आगे पढ़ाने में असमर्थ है। एतेश्वर ने उपायुक्त से उनकी बेटी को पढ़ाने में सहायता की मांग कि उन्होंने कस्तूरबागांधी विद्यालय में उनकी बेटी का दाखिला करवाने हेतु आग्रह किया। जिसपर उपायुक्त ने उक्त आवेदन को जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी एवं जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक को अग्रसारित करते हुए उनकी सहायता हेतु निर्देश दिया।

भरनो निवासी अशोक प्रसाद ने बताया कि उनका दवा का दुकान पुराना अस्पताल चौक के पास था , पथ चौड़ीकरण के दरमियान उनके दुकान को भी हटाया गया है, परंतु उनका कहना है कि स्थान खाली करने हेतु उनके पास कोई नोटिस नहीं आया है एवं उक्त नोटिस को किसी अन्य के नाम से जारी किया गया है, जिसके कारण उन्हें मुआवजा राशि मिलने में भी अत्यंत कठिनाई हो रही है। अशोक प्रसाद ने इस समस्या के समाधान हेतु उपायुक्त से सहायता की मांग की। जिसपर उपायुक्त ने जिला भू अर्जन पदाधिकारी को पत्र अग्रसारित किया, उन्होंने इस मामले से संबंधित आवश्यक कार्रवाई करते हुए आवेदक को सहायता प्रदान करने का निर्देश दिया।

नवाटोली की निवासी अनीता देवी ने बताया कि उनका केवल एक ही पुत्र है जो अभी नाबालिक है, उनके पुत्र को चोरी के केस में फसाया गया है जिसके कारण उनके बेटे को जेल हो गई है, नाबालिक होने के बावजूद उनके बेटे को बाल सुधार गृह में भी नहीं रखा गया है एवं रांची जेल में भेज दिया गया है, अनिता देवी ने कहा कि उनके बेटे को गुमला स्थित बाल सुधार गृह में रखने की कृपा की जाए। उपायुक्त ने इस पर उचित कार्रवाई करने हेतु अनिता देवी को आश्वस्त किया।

सिसई प्रखंड की निवासी ओजिहा खातून ने बताया कि उनके क्षेत्र अंतर्गत मुखिया के द्वारा अबुआ आवास योजना के तहत अयोग्य लाभुकों को योजना का लाभ दिलाने हेतु सहायता प्रदान की जा रही है परंतु योग्य लाभुकों को केवल प्रतीक्षा कराया जा रहा है। उन्होंने उपायुक्त से जांच की मांग की एवं उनकी सहायता करने हेतु आग्रह किया। उपायुक्त ने इस पर गंभीरता दिखाई एवं संबंधित अधिकारी को पत्र अग्रसारित करते हुए आवश्यक कारवाई हेतु आवश्यक निर्देश दिए उन्होंने कहा कि इस जानकारी को अत्यंत ही महत्वपूर्ण समझते हुए मामले की जांच करें।

इसके अलावा आवेदकों ने कई समस्याओं से उपायुक्त को अवगत करवाया जिसमें विभिन्न योजनाओं का लाभ दिलाने, कस्तूरबा गांधी विद्यालय में एडमिशन दिलवाने, दाखिल खारिज के मामले, अवैध क्रियाकलापों से संबंधित सूचना, घरेलू विवाद आदि जैसे समस्याओं को उपायुक्त के समक्ष रखा । सभी आवेदनों के समाधान हेतु उपायुक्त ने आवेदनों को संबंधित अधिकारियों के पास अग्रसारित कर आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिया।
