पुलिस जवान के हत्यारे को पुलिस ने किया गिरफ्तार

गुमला – गुमला जिला पुलिस कप्तान शंभू कुमार सिंह ने अपने कार्यालय कक्ष में अनुमंडल पुलिस पदाधिकारी सुरेश प्रसाद यादव की उपस्थिति में बताया की
प्रसंगः- गुरदरी थाना कांड सं0-05/2024 दिनांक-29.07.2024 धारा-103 बी0एन0 एस0 एवं 27 आर्म्स एक्ट

संदर्भः-झारखण्ड पुलिस साहेबगंज जिलाबल के जवान अभिषेक उराँव, पिता पान्डरा उराँव, सा0 पेसेरीपाट, थाना नेतरहाट की अज्ञात अपराधकर्मी द्वारा हत्या प्रकरण।

दिनांक 29.07.2024 को गुरदरी थाना कांड सं0-05/2024, दिनांक-29.07.2024 धारा-103 बी0एन0 एस0 एवं 27 आर्म्स एक्ट में झारखण्ड पुलिस साहेबगंज जिलाबल के जवान अभिषेक उराँव की हत्या अज्ञात अपराधकर्मी के विरूद्ध कांड दर्ज की गई। कांड के त्वरित उद्भेदन करने की दिशा में पुलिस अधीक्षक महोदय, गुमला के निर्देश के द्वारा एस0आई0टी0 का गठन अनुमंडल पुलिस पदाधिकारी, गुमला के नेतृत्व में किया गया। एस0आई0टी0 द्वारा कांड के उद्भेदन हेतु संदिग्ध मोबाईल धारक के ठिकानों पर छापामारी की गई। छापामारी के क्रम में संदिग्ध आशीष कच्छप, पिता दिवाली कच्छप, सा0 कार्तिक नगर, लोहरदगा की गिरफ्तारी की गई। उसके निशानदेही पर विशुनपुर थाना अन्तर्गत रोपाकोना से एक देशी कट्टा, तथा दो गोली बरामद किया गया। उक्त अभियुक्त के अपराध स्वीकारोक्ति बयान के आधार पर इस कांड में संलिप्त अपराधकर्मी निरज कुमार मिश्रा उर्फ रिंकु पंडित, सा0 नेतरहाट को गिरफ्तार किया गया। गिरफ्तार अभियुक्त अपने बयान में स्वीकार किया गया कि अभिषेक कुमार की हत्या नेतरहाट स्थित जमीन की खरीद-बिक्री में अवैध कमीशन नहीं मिलने के कारण की गई। उक्त गिरफ्तार अभियुक्त द्वारा इस हत्या कांड में संलिप्त अन्य अभियुक्त, झुनझुन उराँव, सा0 रोपाकोना, रामदेव उराँव, सा0 देवरागानी एवं राहुल सिंह, सा0 चेटर चंदवा को बताया गया। एस0आई0टी0 टीम गुमला द्वारा शेष अभियुक्तों की गिरफ्तारी हेतु लगातार छापामारी की जा रही है।

2. निरज कुमार मिश्रा उर्फ रिंकु पंडित सा0 नेतरहाट

बरामदगीः- 1. एक देशी कट्टा, दो गोली
2. मोबाईल (दो)

अपराधिक इतिहासः- भुरकुण्डा थाना कांड सं0-206/2028, दि0-12.07.2027,
धारा-302/120(बी)भा0द0वि0 एवं 27 आर्म्स एक्ट में आरोपित।
