झारखंड मुख्यमंत्री मंईया सम्मान योजना के संबंध में विशेष जानकारी।

गुमला – झारखण्ड मुख्यमंत्री मंईयां सम्मान योजना” से संबंधित जानकारियों के प्रति गुमला जिले के नागरिकों/लाभुकों में कुछ भ्रांतियाँ है। ऐसी सूचनाएँ क्षेत्र से प्राप्त हो रही है। इन भ्रांतियों को दूर करने के लिए प्रायः पूछे जाने वाले प्रश्नों (FAQ) की सूची उत्तर के साथ निम्न प्रकार से हैं।

प्रायः पूछे जाने वाले प्रश्न (FAQ) :-

प्रश्नः क्या “झारखण्ड मुख्यमंत्री मंईयां सम्मान योजना” 02-03 माह में बंद हो जायेगी ?

उत्तरः नहीं। यह सतत् चलने वाली योजना है। इस योजना का लाभ लेने वाली महिलाओं को 50 साल के उम्र तक प्रत्येक माह के 15वीं तारीख तक बैंक खाते के माध्यम से सम्मान राशि 1000/- रू० का भुगतान किया जायेगा।

प्रश्नः झारखण्ड मुख्यमंत्री मंईयां सम्मान योजना का लाभ किसको मिलेगा ?

उत्तरः झारखण्ड राज्य की महिलायें जिनकी आयु 21 वर्ष पूर्ण हो गई हो तथा 50 वर्ष से कम की हो।

प्रश्नः क्या 21 वर्ष से कम उम्र की महिलाओं को लाभ मिलेगा ?

उत्तरः 21 वर्ष पूर्ण होते ही इस योजना लाभ प्रदान किया जायेगा। इसके लिए आंगनबाड़ी केन्द्र स्तर पर संभावित लाभुकों की सूची भी तैयार की जायेगी।

प्रश्नः इस योजना का लाभ किसको नहीं मिलेगा ?

उत्तरः वैसी महिलायें जो झारखण्ड की नहीं है, जिनका परिवार आयकर जमा करता है, स्वयं या उनके पति अथवा उनके पिता (अविवाहित महिला के संदर्भ में) सरकारी एवं सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र में स्थायी/नियमित/संविदा/मानदेय पर नियोजित एवं कार्यरत हों अथवा सेवानिवृत्ति के उपरांत पेंशन / पारिवारिक पेंशन पा रहे हों। EPF खाताधारी हों।

प्रश्न : वृद्धापेंशन/विधवा पेंशन/दिव्यांग पेंशन/अन्य पेंशन योजना का लाभ ले रही हों। आवेदन फॉर्म कहाँ से मिलेगा ?

उत्तरः आवेदन फॉर्म आंगनबाड़ी केन्द्र अथवा प्रखण्ड विकास पदाधिकारी/अंचल अधिकारी के कार्यालय से निःशुल्क मिलेगा। आवेदन फॉर्म भरने से लेकर सम्मान राशि के भुगतान तक सारी प्रकिया निःशुल्क है।

प्रश्नः आवेदन फॉर्म भरने के लिए कौन सा कागजात चाहिए ?

उत्तरः आवश्यक कागजात-

(क) आधार कार्ड

(ख) राशन कार्ड (पिता का भी राशन कार्ड मान्य है)

(ग) बैंक खाता का पासबुक

(घ) स्व-घोषणा पत्र

(ड.) एक पासपोर्ट साईज फोटो।

प्रश्न: आवेदन फॉर्म को कहाँ जमा करना होगा ?

उत्तर: (क) ग्रामीण क्षत्रों में- नजदीकी प्रज्ञा केन्द्र अथवा प्रखण्ड विकास पदाधिकारी के कार्यालय में।

(ख) शहरी क्षेत्रों में – नजदीकी प्रज्ञा केन्द्र अथवा अंचल अधिकारी के कार्यालय में।

प्रश्नः आवेदन फॉर्म जमा करने के बाद क्या मिलेगा ?

उत्तरः आवेदन फॉर्म जमा करने के बाद पावती रसीद मिलेगा जिसपर पोर्टल से निर्गत पावती क्रमांक भी अंकित होगा।

पोर्टल पर ऑनलाइन होते ही लाभुक के मोबाईल नम्बर पर माननीय मुख्यमंत्री, झारखण्ड का एक SMS भी प्राप्त होगा।

प्रश्नः स्वीकृति की जानकारी कैसे मिलेगी ?

उत्तरः स्वीकृति के तुरन्त बाद माननीय मुख्यमंत्री, झारखण्ड का एक SMS लाभुक के मोबाईल नम्बर पर स्वीकृति की जानकारी भेजी जायेगी। उसके बाद स्वीकृति आदेश पत्र भी दिया जायेगा।

प्रश्नः सम्मान राशि कब से मिलेगा ?

उत्तरः स्वीकृति माह से ही 1000/- रू० की सम्मान राशि लाभुक के बैंक खाते में भेजी जायेगी।

प्रश्नः बैंक खाता में राशि आने की सूचना कैसे मिलेगी ?

उत्तरः बैंक खाता में सम्मान राशि भेजते ही माननीय मुख्यमंत्री, झारखण्ड का एक SMS लाभुक के मोबाईल नम्बर पर प्राप्त होगा।

प्रश्नः वैसी महिलाऐ जिनकी उम्र 50 वर्ष पूर्ण हो जायेगी, क्या उनको लाभ नहीं दिया जायेगा ?

उत्तरः 50 वर्ष की आयु पूर्ण करने वाली महिलाओं को विभाग द्वारा संचालित “मुख्यमंत्री राज्य वृद्धावस्था पेंशन योजना” के तहत लाभ प्रदान किया जायेगा।

प्रश्नः कोई कर्मी/व्यक्ति इस योजना का लाभ दिलाने के लिए पैसे की मांग करता है, तो कहाँ शिकायत करेंगे ?

उत्तरः विभाग के टोल फ्री नम्बर 18008900215 पर तत्काल शिकायत दर्ज करायी जा सकती है।

इसके अतिरिक्त प्रखण्ड विकास पदाधिकारी/अंचल अधिकारी/सहायक निदेशक, सामाजिक सुरक्षा/अनुमण्डल पदाधिकारी/उप विकास आयुक्त/उपायुक्त को भी शिकायत की जा सकती है।
