1. Position- Manager/Sr. Manager- Maintenance (Mechanical)
Qualification- DME/BE (Mechanical)
Experience- Min. 15 Yrs. & above in forging equipment maintenance.
Job Knowledge- Must have knowledge of forging equipment (Hammer, Upsetter) maint. and utilities (pump, compressor, crane etc.). Knowledge of TPM, Predictive & Preventive maintenance, breakdown analysis & spare part planning.
Must have computer knowledge.
2.Position- DGM -Forge Shop, Job Role- HOD -Forge Shop
Should be Diploma/BE with ADC (Preferable).
Min. 20 Yrs. Exp. in Forge shop/Production in any Forging industry.
Good work exp. In Hammer (Belt drop & MPM), Upsetter including dies & tools.
Good knowledge of QMS & system.
Ability to handle 5000 T/month capacity of production.
Must have computer knowledge.
