रांची : चंपाई सोरेन के जासूसी प्रकरण के मामले में झारखंड पुलिस मुख्यालय की ओर से सफाई पेश कर दी गई है. गुरुवार को कहा गया है कि चूंकि पूर्व में मुख्यमंत्री चंपई सोरेन रहे हैं लेकिन वर्तमान में वह झारखंड सरकारके कैबिनेट रैंक के मंत्री हैं। इसलिए स्पेशल ब्रांच के पुलिस अधिकारी अपनी ड्यूटी पर तैनात थे.  किसी व्यक्ति विशेष की जासूसी करने की बात गलत है. पुलिस मुख्यालय ने कहा है कि सच्चाई सामने आने के बाद दोनों पुलिसकर्मियों को मुक्त कर दिया गया है। झारखंड पुलिस की स्पेशल ब्रांच ने कहा है कि चंपाई सोरेन की सुरक्षा के लिए 2 दारोगा प्रतिनियुक्त किये गये थे। दोनों दारोगा किसी की जासूसी नहीं कर रहे थे। स्पेशल ब्रांच की ओऱ से कहा गया है कि पारम्परिक तौर पर दिल्ली एवं अन्य राज्यों में विशेष शाखा, झारखंड, रांची की टीम राजनीतिक, आर्थिक, सामाजिक एवं अन्य महत्वपूर्ण विषयों पर सूचना संकलन प्रत्यक्ष एवं परोक्ष रूप से करती आयी है। ये रूटीन वर्क है।

‘दोनों एसआई अपने कार्य निर्वहन के दौरान गलतफहमी के कारण चिन्हित हुए’

झारखंड पुलिस ने कहा है कि दिल्ली में झारखंड पुलिस के दो अवर निरीक्षक स्तर के पदाधिकारियों के हिरासत में लिये जाने से संबंधित समाचार विभिन्न मीडिया/ सोशल मीडिया एवं अन्य स्रोतों से प्राप्त हुआ। दोनों पुलिस अवर निरीक्षक अपने कार्य निर्वहन के दौरान गलतफहमी के कारण चिन्हित हुए। इस संबंध में कतिपय माध्यम से समाचार प्रसारित किया जा रहा है कि किसी व्यक्ति विशेष की निगरानी की जा रही है। जबकि वास्तविकता में उक्त पुलिस पदाधिकारी सुरक्षा व्यवस्था के लिए वहां प्रतिनियुक्त किये गये थे। इस संबंध में सभी संबंधित जांच संस्थाओं और एजेंसियों को सूचना एवं सारी जानकारी उपलब्ध करा दी गई है।

फोन टेपिंग विवाद स्वाधीन भारत का पुराना रोग, असम के सीएम ने फोन टेपिंग मामले में गलत जानकारी दी

बता दें कि असम के सीएम हिमंत विस्व सरमा ने चंपई सोरेन के जासूसी का दावा किया था. कहा था कि स्वाधीन भारत में ऐसा नहीं हुआ है, जबकि ये सही नहीं है. झारखंड में रघुवर सरकार पर आरोप लगा था कि सरयू राय के खिलाफ भी फोन टेपिंग की जा रही थी. नेहरू के जमाने से लेकर पेगासस तक मामले में फोन टेपिंग का मामला सुर्खियों में रहा है. भारत के तत्कालीन प्रधानमंत्री स्व. चंद्रशेखर ने तो इस मामले में इस्तीफा तक दे डाला था. फिर असम के सीएम ने मामले में सुर्खियां बटोरने के लिए ऐसा कहा होगा कि स्वाधीन भारत में ऐसा नहीं हुुआ. ये गलत है. केंद्र-राज्य की सरकारों में ये लंबे समय से होता आया है. अपने राजनीतिक विरोधियों के लिए राजनीतिक जासूसी करवाना या फोन टेेेेपिंग करवाना ऐसे विवाद से भारत की राजनीति का हिस्सा रहे हैं. दरअसल, भारतीय राजनीति में फोन टेपिंग का विवाद पुराना रोग है. हालिया मामला भी उसी की एक कड़ी हो सकती है.
