उपायुक्त ने गुरदरी पंचायत में CNT एक्ट की धारा 49 से संबंधित मामलों की सुनवाई की

गुमला – गुमला जिले के दूरदराज क्षेत्रों के निवासियों और स्थानीय रैयतों की सुविधा हेतु, गुरुवार को गुमला उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने बिशुनपुर प्रखंड के गुरदरी पंचायत भवन में CNT एक्ट, धारा 49 से संबंधित अदालत का आयोजन किया। इस दौरान चीरोडीह, गुरदरी, और अमतीपानी के लगभग 60 आवेदकों से संबंधित 5 मामलों की सुनवाई की गई, जिनका मौके पर ही निपटारा कर दिया गया।

यह ज्ञात हो कि बिशुनपुर प्रखंड के गुरदरी पंचायत सहित विभिन्न पंचायत क्षेत्रों में हिंडालको कंपनी द्वारा बॉक्साइट खनन का कार्य किया जाता है। इस क्रम में कंपनी ने ग्रामीणों से पथरीली भूमि खरीदी है। उपायुक्त ने मौके पर पहुंचकर भूमि से संबंधित मामलों की सुनवाई की और यह सुनिश्चित किया कि कोई भी रैयत अपनी जमीन कम मूल्य या दबाव में न बेच रहा हो। उन्होंने सभी रैयतों को स्पष्ट किया कि यदि किसी पर जमीन बेचने का दबाव हो, तो वह उपायुक्त या बीडीओ कार्यालय से संपर्क करें।

उपायुक्त ने केस की सुनवाई के बाद, ग्रामीणों से बातचीत कर उनके निजी जीवन की जानकारी ली। उन्होंने यह भी सुनिश्चित किया कि सरकार की विभिन्न योजनाओं का लाभ उन्हें मिल रहा है या नहीं, और जिनको लाभ नहीं मिला है, उन्हें तुरंत आवेदन जमा करने का निर्देश दिया।

कोर्ट के पश्चात ग्रामीणों ने उपायुक्त से मिलकर अपनी समस्याओं के समाधान हेतु आवेदन भी प्रस्तुत किए। इस मौके पर प्रभारी पदाधिकारी जिला विधि शाखा, बीडीओ बिशुनपुर, अन्य प्रखंड स्तरीय अधिकारी, कर्मी और हिंडालको प्रबंधक सहित सैकड़ों ग्रामीण उपस्थित रहे।
