गुमला – आज, 30 अगस्त 2024 को झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना गुमला के सभागार में जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी सह जिला कार्यक्रम पदाधिकारी कविता खलखो की अध्यक्षता में जिले के सभी कस्तूरबा गांधी बालिका आवासीय विद्यालय और झारखंड बालिका आवासीय विद्यालय की वार्डेन सह शिक्षिकाओं और लेखापाल सह कंप्यूटर ऑपरेटरों के साथ एक समीक्षात्मक बैठक आयोजित की गई। इस बैठक में विद्यालय प्रशासन को बेहतर ढंग से संचालित करने के निर्देश दिए गए।
समीक्षा के दौरान, कामडारा प्रखंड के कस्तूरबा विद्यालय की वार्डेन को नामांकन में उदासीनता के आरोप में स्पष्टीकरण देने के निर्देश दिए गए। साथ ही, जिले के सभी बालिका आवासीय विद्यालयों में कक्षा 6 से 12 तक के वर्गवार अद्यतन नामांकन की समीक्षा की गई। निर्देश दिया गया कि शेष रिक्त सीटों पर वेटिंग सूची और जरूरतमंद आदिम जनजाति, अनाथ, एकल अभिभावक आदि श्रेणी की छात्राओं का 4 सितंबर तक प्राथमिकता के साथ नामांकन किया जाए और इसकी रिपोर्ट जिला को भेजी जाए।
बैठक में सभी आवासीय विद्यालयों में छात्राओं को मिलने वाली सुविधाओं, छात्रवृत्ति, भोजन सामग्री की गुणवत्ता पर चर्चा की गई और सभी वित्तीय अभिलेखों को सही रखने के निर्देश दिए गए। साथ ही, मैट्रिक और इंटर बोर्ड परीक्षाओं की तैयारी के लिए कमजोर छात्राओं के लिए रिमेडियल कक्षाओं और मॉडल प्रश्नों के नियमित अभ्यास पर जोर दिया गया।
इस समीक्षा बैठक में प्रभारी आदित्य राज, सहायक अभियंता शमशाद अली, अतिरिक्त जिला कार्यक्रम पदाधिकारी पियूष कुमार सहित सभी वार्डेन और लेखापाल उपस्थित थे।
