गुमला जिला में योजना कार्यकारिणी समिति की बैठक संपन्न

गुमला : – गुमला जिला मुख्यालय में आज सोमवार को गुमला उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी की अध्यक्षता में जिला योजना कार्यकारिणी समिति की महत्वपूर्ण बैठक सम्पन्न हुई।जिसमें विभिन्न विषयों पर विस्तृत चर्चा की गई।

जिला योजना अनाबद्ध निधि अंतर्गत क्रियान्वित / स्वीकृत योजनाओं की घटनोत्तर स्वीकृति पर परिचर्चा

बैठक में जिला योजना अनाबद्ध निधि के अंतर्गत क्रियान्वित योजनाओं और स्वीकृत 42 योजनाओं पर घटनोत्तर स्वीकृति प्रदान की गई। साथ ही संबंधित विभागों द्वारा प्रस्तुत रिपोर्ट के आधार पर आवश्यक निर्णय लिए गए।

जिला योजना अनाबद्ध निधि अंतर्गत नए प्रस्तावों और योजनाओं की अनुमोदन पर चर्चा

आगामी योजनाओं और प्रस्तावों के अनुमोदन पर बैठक में उपायुक्त द्वारा विचार-विमर्श किया गया। इस दौरान लगभग 25 नए योजनाओं जैसे स्थानीय विकास, पीसीसी पथ, कृषि, पेयजल आपूर्ति, शिक्षा, आजीविका आदि से जुड़े योजनाओं पर स्वीकृति प्रदान की गई। उपायुक्त ने संबंधित विभागों को अपने अपने स्तरों से क्षेत्र भ्रमण करते हुए नए योजनाओं के लिए प्रस्ताव की भी मांग की।

वित्तीय वर्ष 2023-24 और 2024-25 के लिए क्रियान्वित योजनाओं की समीक्षा

बैठक में वर्तमान वित्तीय वर्ष 2023-24 और आगामी वित्तीय वर्ष 2024-25 में क्रियान्वित योजनाओं की प्रगति पर चर्चा की गई। उपायुक्त द्वारा योजनाओं की समय पर और प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन सुनिश्चित करने के लिए आवश्यक कदम उठाने पर जोर दिया गया।

इस दौरान सभी संबंधित विभागों को निर्देशित किया कि योजनाओं के कार्यान्वयन में किसी प्रकार की देरी न हो और निर्धारित समयसीमा में सभी योजनाएं पूरी की जाएं। बैठक में संबंधित विभागों के अधिकारीगण उपस्थित रहे और अपनी-अपनी योजनाओं की स्थिति पर रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत की।

बैठक में मुख्य रूप से उप विकास आयुक्त गुमला, जिला योजना पदाधिकारी गुमला, जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी गुमला, जिला पशुपालन पदाधिकारी गुमला, जिला मत्स्य पदाधिकारी गुमला, जिला खेल पदाधिकारी गुमला, जिला पंचायती राज पदाधिकारी गुमला, विभिन्न विभागों के कार्यपालक अभियंता सहित अन्य संबंधित पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी मौजूद रहें।
