मंत्री ने प्रोजेक्ट भवन का घेराव कर रहे हजारों कर्मियों को  मानदेय में बढ़ोतरी का दिया भरोसा, मांगों के आश्वासन के बाद धरना हुआ समाप्त

रांची : पूरे राज्य को दीमक की तरह आउटसोर्स खा रही है जिसे हटाना सरकार के प्राथमिकता है और ऐसे में ऊर्जा विकास श्रमिक संघ को हम आश्वस्त करते हैं इसे मुख्यमंत्री से मिलकर हटाने का काम करेंगे। ग्रामीण विकास मंत्री डॉ. इरफान अंसारी सोमवार को झारखंड ऊर्जा विकास श्रमिक संघ की ओर से प्रोजेक्ट भवन का घेराव कर रहे कर्मियों को संबोधित करते हुए कही। डॉ. अंसारी मुख्यमंत्री के प्रतिनिधि के तौर पर श्रमिक संघ के धरनास्थल पर आकर यह आश्वासन दिया. मंत्री ने कहा कि वर्तमान में विद्युतकर्मियों का जो मानदेय है, उसमें भी बढ़ोतरी को लेकर वह मुख्यमंत्री से बात करेंगे और श्रमिक संघ की सभी मांगों पर गौर किया जाएगा. मंत्री के आश्वासन के बाद धरना समाप्त कर दिया गया।

श्रमिकों ने आउटसोर्स सिस्टटम खत्म कर पुरानी व्यवस्था लागू करने की मांग की

इससे पूर्व घोषित कार्यक्रम के तहत झारखंड ऊर्जा विकास श्रमिक संघ के बैनर तले हजारों विद्युतकर्मी संघ के अध्यक्ष अजय राय के नेतृत्व में प्रोजेक्ट भवन घेराव करने दिन के 12:00 धुर्वा सेक्टर-3, गोलचक्कर मैदान पहुंचकर घेराव के लिए  आगे बढ़े। घेराव कार्यक्रम को मौजूद पुलिसकर्मियों ने बलपूर्वक रोकने का प्रयास किया. मौके पर डीएसपी प्रमोद मिश्रा ने मामले को संभाला. आगे बढ़ने से रुकने के उपरांत श्रमिक संघ के हजारों सदस्यों ने गोल चक्कर मैदान प्रोजेक्ट भवन के रास्ते में ही धरने पर बैठ गए और नारेबाजी शुरू कर दी, जिससे आवागमन पूरी तरह बाधित हो गया था. श्रमिकों ने मुख्य रूप से आउटसोर्स व्यवस्था खत्म कर  पुरानी व्यवस्था लागू करने, होमगार्ड की तर्ज पर विद्युतकर्मियों का भी मानदेय 1000 रुपए से ऊपर अनुभव के आधार पर चार वर्गों में तय करने और नियमित नियुक्ति में प्राथमिकता देने की मांग की है.
