गुमला पुलिस की बड़ी सफलता: 5 नक्सली गिरफ्तार, भारी मात्रा में हथियार बरामद

गुमला, 3 अक्टूबर 2024: झारखंड सरकार और पुलिस महानिदेशक के नेतृत्व में नक्सलवाद के खिलाफ लगातार अभियान चलाया जा रहा है। इसी क्रम में, गुमला पुलिस को बड़ी कामयाबी हाथ लगी है। पुलिस अधीक्षक शंभू कुमार सिंह के नेतृत्व में चलाए गए ऑपरेशन “डबल बुल” के तहत लोहरदगा, लातेहार, और गुमला जिले के कोयल-शंख जोन में नक्सलियों पर प्रभावी नियंत्रण स्थापित किया गया है। इस अभियान में कई नक्सलियों को गिरफ्तार किया गया है और भारी मात्रा में हथियार और गोला-बारूद बरामद हुए हैं।

गुप्त सूचना पर हुई कार्रवाई:
2 अक्टूबर 2024 को पुलिस को गुप्त सूचना मिली कि सब-जोनल कमांडर रंथु उरांव, जो 5 लाख का इनामी नक्सली है, अपने दस्ते के साथ आंजन-हिरनाखाड़ जंगल की ओर आ रहा है। सूचना के आधार पर पुलिस अधीक्षक ने गुमला थाना प्रभारी के नेतृत्व में एक त्वरित कार्रवाई टीम (QRT) का गठन किया। शाम करीब 6:15 बजे आंजन जंगल क्षेत्र में तीन संदिग्ध व्यक्ति मोटरसाइकिल पर आते दिखे। पुलिस ने उन्हें रोकने की कोशिश की, लेकिन उन्होंने फायरिंग कर भागने की कोशिश की। पुलिस की तत्परता से उन्हें गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया।

गिरफ्तार नक्सलियों का विवरण:
1. रंथु उरांव उर्फ गुरुचरण उरांव, पिता- स्व. टिबरा उरांव, उपर कुल्ही, गुमला
2. जयशंकर महतो, पिता- देवधर महतो, कतरी महुआटोली, गुमला
3. रोहित उरांव, पिता- भंडरा उरांव, खरका, भरनो, गुमला

इनके पास से 2 देसी कट्टा, 4 IED, 16 गोली और 5 माओवादी पर्चे बरामद किए गए। पूछताछ के बाद हिरनाखाड़ जंगल से 1 कार्बाइन, .315 बोर की 3 राइफलें, 1 देशी एकनाली बंदूक और 115 गोलियां भी बरामद की गईं।

आगे की कार्रवाई:
गिरफ्तारी के बाद, पुलिस ने कुरूमगढ़ थाना क्षेत्र के कुटमा में छापेमारी कर दो अन्य नक्सलियों को भी गिरफ्तार किया:
1. राजू अहीर उर्फ राजू गोप, पिता- मथुरा अहीर, कुटमा, गुमला
2. सुलेन्द्र मुंडा, पिता- सोहराय मुंडा, कुटमा, गुमला
इनके पास से 1 देसी कट्टा और 6 गोलियां बरामद की गईं।

महत्वपूर्ण गिरफ्तारियां और बरामदगी:
गुमला पुलिस ने इस कार्रवाई में कुल 5 नक्सलियों को गिरफ्तार किया, जिनमें सब-जोनल कमांडर रंथु उरांव शामिल है। पुलिस ने भारी मात्रा में हथियार और गोला-बारूद भी जब्त किया।
बरामद सामग्री में शामिल हैं:
– 1 कार्बाइन
– 3 .315 बोर राइफल
– 3 देसी कट्टा
– 1 देशी एकनाली बंदूक
– 137 गोलियां
– 4 IED
– 5 माओवादी पर्चे
– 2 मोबाइल फोन
– 2 मोटरसाइकिल

रंथु उरांव की आपराधिक गतिविधियां:
रंथु उरांव पिछले दो दशकों से गुमला जिले में सक्रिय था और कई नक्सली घटनाओं में शामिल था। वह 77 मामलों में वांछित था, जिसमें 62 गुमला जिले, 10 लोहरदगा जिले और 5 लातेहार जिले की घटनाएं शामिल हैं। वह पुलिसकर्मियों पर हमले, हथियार छीनने और हत्याओं जैसी गंभीर घटनाओं में शामिल रहा है।

पुलिस की अपील:
पुलिस ने माओवादी संगठनों से अपील की है कि वे झारखंड सरकार की आत्मसमर्पण और पुनर्वास नीति का लाभ उठाएं और मुख्य धारा में शामिल हों।
