गुमला :- गुमला उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी की पहल से जिले के थैलेसिमिया के मरीजों की सुविधा के लिए एवं मरीजों को बेहतर चिकित्सकीय सुविधा प्रदान करने के उद्देश्य से जिला प्रशासन गुमला द्वारा “द विशिंग फैक्ट्री (The Wishing Factory)” के सहयोग से एक महत्वपूर्ण स्वास्थ्य सेवा की शुरुवात की जा रही है। 4 अक्टूबर को जिला सदर अस्पताल गुमला में थैलेसीमिया के मरीजों की सुविधा के लिए एक जिला स्तरीय निः शुल्क थैलेसिमिया सेंटर का उद्घाटन किया जाएगा।
यह थैलेसिमिया सेंटर विशेष रूप से बच्चों को ध्यान में रखते हुए डिजाइन किया गया है। इसमें 5 बेड की सुविधा होगी, और चाइल्ड फ्रेंडली वातावरण में बच्चों के लिए टीवी एवं खेलने की चीजें उपलब्ध होंगी। सेंटर का उद्देश्य है कि थैलेसिमिया के मरीज एक साथ रहें, जिससे उन्हें मानसिक सहारा मिले और वे अन्य मरीजों से दूर रहें। इस माहौल में बच्चे कम डरेंगे और एक सकारात्मक मानसिकता विकसित करेंगे। यह ज्ञातव्य है कि थैलेसिमिया के मरीजों को प्रति माह खून चढ़ाया जाता है जिसके लिए मरीजों को प्रत्येक माह खून की आवश्यकता एवं इलाज की आवश्यकता पड़ती है, थैलेसिमिया सेंटर के उद्घाटन से मरीजों खास कर बच्चों को एक ही स्थान में सभी सुविधाएं मिलेगी एवं उनकी देखभाल बेहतर तरीके से हो सकेगी। थैलेसिमिया सेंटर में मरीजों को निः शुल्क चिकित्सकीय सुविधा उपलब्ध कराई जाएगी एवं बेहतर वातावरण में मरीजों का इलाज किया जाएगा।
सेंटर में डेडीकेटेड नर्स और स्वास्थ्य कर्मी उपलब्ध होंगे, जो मरीजों को आवश्यक सभी सेवाएं प्रदान करेंगे। इससे न केवल मरीजों को बेहतर देखभाल मिलेगी, बल्कि डॉक्टरों और नर्सों को भी अपने मरीजों की स्थिति की पूरी जानकारी रहेगी।
