सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र बिरनी के अस्पताल परिसर में कार्यरत सभी आउटसोर्सिंग कर्मी

चार माह के बकाए वेतन का भुगतान करने सहित पांच सूत्री मांगों को लेकर शुक्रवार से सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र बिरनी के आउटसोर्सिंग कर्मी अस्पताल परिसर में अनिश्चितकालीन हड़ताल पर बैठ गए हैं। अपनी मांगो के समर्थन में सभी आउटसोर्सिंग कामकाज ठप करते हुए आउटसोर्सिंग स्वास्थ्यकर्मी के बैनर तले सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र बिरनी परिसर में धरने पर बैठ गए। इससे सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र बिरनी सहित सभी सीएचसी, पीएचसी सहित सभी स्वास्थ्य उप केंद्रों में साफ-सफाई से लेकर स्वास्थ्य सेवा प्रभावित हो गया है। कहा कि आउटसोर्सिंग कंपनी शिवा प्रोटेक्शन एवं बालाजी कम्पनी के प्रबंधन एवं सुपरवाइजर गौरव कुमार द्वारा हमलोगों को पिछले चार माह से वेतन का भुगतान नहीं किया है। इससे वे लोग भूखमरी के कगार पर पहुंच गए हैं अभी दुर्गापूजा के समय मे ऐसा हाल हो चुका है उन्होंने कहा कि कर्मी की मांग है कि चार माह के बकाए वेतन का भुगतान जल्द किया जाए एवं EPF नंबर उपलब्ध कराया जाय, अप्रैल 2024 से बढ़ोतरी की गई न्यूनतम राशि को भुगतान करना तथा सैलेरी स्लिप उपलब्ध कराया जाय। हर माह वेतन देने की व्यवस्था की जाए। उनलोगों का कहना था कि जबतक उनकी मांगों को पूरा नहीं कर दिया जाता एवं बकाया वेतन भुगतान नही हो जाता तबतक वे लोग काम पर नहीं लौटेंगे। आउटसोर्सिंग कंपनी एवं बिरनी चिकित्सा प्रभारी डॉ शाकिब जमाल तथा सिविल सर्जन को इसका लिखित पत्र सूचना दिया जा चुका है।
