क्षेत्र भ्रमण के क्रम में उपायुक्त ने रायडीह प्रखंड स्थित कासिर पंचायत अंर्तगत नीचडुमरी ग्राम का किया दौरा, वहां के ग्रामीणों से मुलाकात की एवं उनके समस्याओं को जाना

गुमला – गुमला जिला अंतर्गत क्षेत्रों में आज शनिवार को क्षेत्र भ्रमण के क्रम में गुमला उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने संबंधित अधिकारियों के साथ रायडीह प्रखंड स्थित कासिर पंचायत अंर्तगत नीचडुमरी ग्राम का दौरा किया। पिछले जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में उक्त ग्राम के नागरिकों ने आकर उपायुक्त से मुलाकात की थी एवं निचडुमरी एवं जमगई ग्राम के लिए पक्की सड़क के निर्माण हेतु उपायुक्त से अनुरोध किया था। जिसे देखते हुए उपायुक्त ने आज क्षेत्र भ्रमण के क्रम में उक्त ग्राम को चुना। सर्वप्रथम उपायुक्त ने उक्त ग्राम अंर्तगत राजकियकृत प्राथमिक विद्यालय नीचडुमरी का दौरा किया , इस दौरान उन्होंने वहां स्थित विद्यालय के बच्चों से मुलाकात की एवं उन्हें किसी प्रकार की समस्या नहीं हो रही हो इसकी पुष्टि की, बच्चों से विद्यालय में मिलने वाली सुविधाओं एवं समस्याओं के बारे में पूछा साथ ही बच्चों को छात्रवृत्ति, किताब, ड्रेस आदि मिल रही है या नहीं उसकी भी जानकारी ली। इस दौरान उपायुक्त ने उक्त विद्यालय की मरम्मती एवं आवश्यक सुविधाओं को दुरुस्त करने हेतु संबंधित अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिया।

इसके पश्चात उपायुक्त ने वहां के नागरिकों से मुलाकात की एवं जन संवाद कार्यक्रम का आयोजन करते हुए नागरिकों से उनके समस्याओं के विषय में जाना, नागरिकों द्वारा मुख्य रूप से सड़क निर्माण एवं पेय जल की समस्या से संबंधित मुद्दे उठाए गए , ग्रामीणों ने बताया की उनके यहां जल मीनार बनाएं गए हैं परंतु उसका मशीन वर्तमान में खराब है जिसे मरम्मती की आवश्यकता है। उपायुक्त ने पीएचईडी विभाग को नए जल मीनार बनाने के निर्देश दिए, वहीं सड़क निर्माण के संबंध में उपायुक्त ने ग्रामीणों को जानकारी दी की उक्त ग्राम हेतु सड़क निर्माण करने हेतु विभाग को प्रतिवेदन भेजी गई गई है जल्द ही सड़क निर्माण का कार्य प्रारंभ किया जाएगा। इस दौरान ग्रामीणों ने बिजली के संबंध में जानकारी दी की उनके ग्राम में सोलर पॉवर प्लांट लगाए गए है लेकिन बैट्री बैकअप नहीं देने के कारण पॉवर कुछ समय में ही बंद हो जाती है। वहीं ग्रामीणों ने उनके ग्राम अंतर्गत नेटवर्क कनेक्टिविटी की भी समस्या बताई जिसपर उपायुक्त ने संबंधित विभाग को वहां नेटवर्क की व्यवस्था दुरुस्त करने हेतु निर्देश दिए। इसके पश्चात उपायुक्त ने उक्त ग्राम अंतर्गत निर्माणाधीन आंगनवाड़ी केंद्र का भी निरीक्षण किया एवं अधूरे कार्यों को अविलंब पूर्ण करने हेतु संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए गए।इसके अलावा ग्रामीणों ने अन्य कई समस्याओं को उपायुक्त के समक्ष रखा , उपायुक्त ने एक एक कर सभी समस्याओं के निस्पादन हेतु संबंधित अधिकारियों को आवश्यक निर्देश दिए।

इस दौरान मुख्य रूप से रायडीह प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी, अंचल अधिकारी सहित संबंधित विभागों के पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी मौजूद रहें ।
