चंदाली में स्थित यह नया समाहरणालय भवन 40 से अधिक सरकारी विभागों के संचालन के लिए डिज़ाइन किया गया है। यह केंद्रीकृत व्यवस्था स्थानीय निवासियों के लिए एक बड़ी राहत साबित होगी, क्योंकि अब उन्हें विभिन्न सेवाओं के लिए अलग-अलग स्थानों पर जाने की आवश्यकता नहीं होगी। इस भवन में उपायुक्त कार्यालय, पुलिस अधीक्षक कार्यालय, समाज कल्याण विभाग, राजस्व विभाग, परिवहन विभाग और योजना विभाग सहित कई महत्वपूर्ण विभाग संचालित होंगे।

इससे न केवल प्रशासनिक कार्यक्षमता में सुधार होगा, बल्कि नागरिकों को भी सरकारी कार्यों के लिए बार-बार विभिन्न कार्यालयों का दौरा नहीं करना पड़ेगा।

सार्वजनिक सेवाओं तक आसान पहुँच

गुमला जिले का यह नया समाहरणालय भवन सिर्फ कार्यालयों का केंद्रीकरण नहीं है, बल्कि इसमें आम जनता की सुविधा का विशेष ध्यान रखा गया है। भवन में वेटिंग हॉल, बैठने की आधुनिक व्यवस्था और अन्य बुनियादी सुविधाएँ उपलब्ध हैं, जिससे सरकारी कार्यों के दौरान नागरिकों को किसी प्रकार की परेशानी न हो।

इस भवन में एक और विशेषता है जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन, जो नियमित रूप से यहाँ आयोजित किया जाएगा। इस दिन नागरिक सीधे जिला अधिकारियों से अपनी समस्याओं को रख सकते हैं और त्वरित समाधान प्राप्त कर सकते हैं। इस पहल से नागरिकों की समस्याओं का समाधान अधिक प्रभावी और तेज़ी से हो सकेगा।

नागरिकों और सरकार के बीच की दूरी कम करना

लंबे समय से गुमला के नागरिक विभिन्न सरकारी सेवाओं के लिए अलग-अलग स्थानों पर जाने के लिए मजबूर थे। चंदाली में स्थित इस नए समाहरणालय भवन का उद्देश्य इस समस्या को हल करना है। सभी प्रमुख विभागों को एक ही स्थान पर लाकर, प्रशासन ने सरकारी सेवाओं को अधिक पारदर्शी और सुगम बनाने की दिशा में कदम बढ़ाया है।
