आकांक्षी प्रखंड डुमरी में ‘प्रोजेक्ट किशोरी’ के तहत सैनेटरी नैपकिन उत्पादन केंद्र का उद्घाटन

गुमला जिले के आकांक्षी प्रखंड डुमरी में उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी द्वारा आज एक महत्वपूर्ण पहल की शुरुआत की गई। ‘प्रोजेक्ट किशोरी’ के तहत सैनेटरी नैपकिन उत्पादन केंद्र का उद्घाटन किया गया। यह केंद्र महिला स्वयं सहायता समूहों (SHG) द्वारा संचालित किया जाएगा, जिसका उद्देश्य न केवल मासिक धर्म स्वच्छता से जुड़ी समस्याओं को हल करना है, बल्कि महिलाओं के लिए रोजगार के अवसर भी सृजित करना है। यह परियोजना गुमला जिला प्रशासन के मार्गदर्शन और सहयोग से संचालित हो रही है, और इसमें 15 स्वयं सहायता समूह की महिलाएं शामिल हैं।

‘प्रोजेक्ट किशोरी’ का मुख्य उद्देश्य

‘प्रोजेक्ट किशोरी’ का मुख्य उद्देश्य महिलाओं को मासिक धर्म स्वच्छता के महत्व के प्रति जागरूक करना और उन्हें इस संबंध में उच्च गुणवत्ता वाले उत्पाद उपलब्ध कराना है। उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने इस पहल के दौरान कहा, “यह परियोजना सिर्फ सैनेटरी नैपकिन बनाने के बारे में नहीं है, बल्कि यह महिलाओं को आत्मनिर्भर बनाने और समुदाय की जीवन गुणवत्ता में सुधार लाने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम है।”

इस परियोजना के माध्यम से महिलाओं को रोजगार मिल रहा है और वे आर्थिक रूप से सशक्त हो रही हैं। इससे न केवल महिलाओं की स्वच्छता से जुड़ी समस्याओं का समाधान हो रहा है, बल्कि उनकी आर्थिक स्थिति भी मजबूत हो रही है।

उत्पादन केंद्र की विशेषताएं

उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने उद्घाटन के बाद सैनेटरी नैपकिन उत्पादन केंद्र का निरीक्षण किया और वहां काम कर रही महिलाओं से मुलाकात की। यह केंद्र प्रतिदिन 14,400 सैनेटरी नैपकिन का उत्पादन करने की क्षमता रखता है। यह उत्पाद ISO 9001:2015 मानकों के अनुसार तैयार किए जाते हैं, जिससे उनकी गुणवत्ता उच्चतम स्तर पर रहती है और ये नैपकिन प्रतिस्पर्धात्मक मूल्य पर उपलब्ध होते हैं।

उत्पादन प्रक्रिया के बारे में जानकारी प्राप्त करते हुए उपायुक्त ने महिलाओं के काम की सराहना की। उन्होंने कहा कि इस परियोजना के माध्यम से महिलाओं को स्वास्थ्य संबंधी स्वच्छता के बारे में न केवल जागरूक किया जा रहा है, बल्कि उन्हें उत्पादन की बारीकियां भी सिखाई जा रही हैं, जिससे वे आत्मनिर्भर हो सकें।

‘वोकल फॉर लोकल’ पहल के तहत शुरू की गई योजना

‘प्रोजेक्ट किशोरी’ को नीति आयोग की आकांक्षात्मक योजना ‘वोकल फॉर लोकल’ के तहत शुरू किया गया है। इसका उद्देश्य स्थानीय स्तर पर रोजगार के अवसरों का सृजन करना और स्थानीय उत्पादों को बढ़ावा देना है। यह पहल न केवल महिलाओं की स्वच्छता से संबंधित समस्याओं का समाधान कर रही है, बल्कि स्थानीय स्तर पर उत्पादित सामानों के माध्यम से आत्मनिर्भरता को भी प्रोत्साहित कर रही है।

महिलाओं के सशक्तिकरण की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम

इस योजना में शामिल स्वयं सहायता समूहों की महिलाएं न केवल सैनेटरी नैपकिन का उत्पादन कर रही हैं, बल्कि इसे बेचकर आर्थिक रूप से सशक्त भी हो रही हैं। जिला प्रशासन की इस पहल ने महिलाओं के लिए रोजगार के नए अवसर पैदा किए हैं। इस योजना के तहत काम कर रही महिलाओं को प्रशिक्षण भी दिया गया है ताकि वे उच्च गुणवत्ता वाले उत्पाद बना सकें।

इस अवसर पर उपायुक्त सत्यार्थी ने कहा, “यह परियोजना महिलाओं को आत्मनिर्भर बनाने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम है। हमारा लक्ष्य न केवल महिलाओं को आर्थिक सहायता प्रदान करना है, बल्कि उन्हें समाज में सम्मानजनक जीवन जीने के योग्य बनाना है।”

महत्वपूर्ण सहयोग और समर्थन

‘प्रोजेक्ट किशोरी’ को सफल बनाने में जिला योजना पदाधिकारी रमन आर्या, प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी, और ABP फेलो रिद्धि कपूर का विशेष योगदान रहा है। उनके सहयोग से इस परियोजना को गति मिली है और यह योजना सफलता की ओर अग्रसर है। इस परियोजना के तहत महिलाओं को आत्मनिर्भर बनाने के लिए उन्हें नियमित रूप से प्रशिक्षण और संसाधन मुहैया कराए जा रहे हैं।

पिछले दिनों, महिला बाल विकास मंत्री बेबी देवी और कृषि मंत्री दीपिका पांडेय सिंह ने इस परियोजना का अवलोकन किया था। उन्होंने स्वयं सहायता समूहों की महिलाओं द्वारा निर्मित सैनेटरी नैपकिन की गुणवत्ता की सराहना की और महिलाओं के इस प्रयास की प्रशंसा की।

विधायक कल्पना मुर्मू सोरेन की सराहना

इस परियोजना की सफलता के बाद, विधायक कल्पना मुर्मू सोरेन ने भी गुमला की महिलाओं की इस पहल की तारीफ की। उन्होंने अपने ट्विटर पोस्ट के माध्यम से सभी महिलाओं को शुभकामनाएं दीं और उनकी आत्मनिर्भरता की सराहना की।

आत्मनिर्भरता की ओर बढ़ता एक कदम

‘प्रोजेक्ट किशोरी’ गुमला जिले के डुमरी प्रखंड में महिलाओं के लिए स्वच्छता और आत्मनिर्भरता के नए अवसर लेकर आया है। यह योजना न केवल महिलाओं को मासिक धर्म स्वच्छता के बारे में जागरूक कर रही है, बल्कि उन्हें रोजगार के नए अवसर भी प्रदान कर रही है। इस तरह की पहल से महिलाओं को सशक्त बनाया जा रहा है, जिससे वे अपने परिवार और समाज में अपनी भूमिका को मजबूती से निभा सकें।
