गुमला: जनावल भुंडूटोली में अधेड़ व्यक्ति की पत्थर से कूच कर हत्या, पुलिस जांच में जुटी

गुमला, अक्टूबर 2024 – गुमला जिले के चैनपुर थाना क्षेत्र में स्थित जनावल पंचायत के भुंडूटोली गांव में एक दर्दनाक घटना सामने आई है। गांव के 60 वर्षीय जोहन एक्का की पत्थर से कूच कर हत्या कर दी गई। घटना के बाद इलाके में हड़कंप मच गया है, और पुलिस मामले की गहनता से जांच में जुटी है। मृतक के परिजनों ने हत्या के पीछे जमीनी विवाद को कारण बताया है।

घटना का खुलासा: उपरी नाला के पास मिला शव

जनावल पंचायत के भुंडूटोली गांव के उपरी नाला के समीप अधेड़ व्यक्ति जोहन एक्का का शव मिला। शव को देखकर प्रतीत होता है कि पत्थर से सिर पर वार कर उनकी हत्या की गई है। हत्या की खबर मिलते ही चैनपुर थाना प्रभारी कुंदन चौधरी अपनी टीम के साथ घटनास्थल पर पहुंचे और शव को कब्जे में लेकर गुमला सदर अस्पताल भेज दिया।

पुलिस ने मौके पर पहुंचकर साक्ष्यों को इकट्ठा किया और हत्या के संभावित कारणों का पता लगाने के लिए आसपास के लोगों से पूछताछ की। इस बीच, मृतक के परिवार वालों ने घटना के पीछे जमीन विवाद का आरोप लगाया है।

जमीन विवाद बना हत्या की वजह?

मृतक जोहन एक्का के भतीजे अनमोल एक्का ने पुलिस को बताया कि जोहन का गांव के ही एक व्यक्ति के साथ जमीन को लेकर पुराना विवाद चल रहा था। अनमोल ने यह भी बताया कि विवाद के चलते वह व्यक्ति उनके चाचा को जान से मारने की धमकी भी देता था। अनमोल का शक है कि इसी विवाद के कारण जोहन की हत्या की गई है।

उन्होंने कहा, “मुझे शक है कि मेरे चाचा और उस व्यक्ति के बीच कहासुनी हुई होगी, जिसके बाद उसने गुस्से में आकर पत्थर से वार किया और हत्या कर दी।”

पुलिस की त्वरित कार्रवाई और जांच

घटना की जानकारी मिलते ही चैनपुर थाना की पुलिस टीम घटनास्थल पर पहुंची और शव को अपने कब्जे में लेकर पोस्टमार्टम के लिए भेजा। थाना प्रभारी कुंदन चौधरी ने कहा कि घटना की जांच तेजी से की जा रही है, और हर पहलू पर विचार किया जा रहा है।

प्रारंभिक जांच में जमीन विवाद को हत्या का संभावित कारण माना जा रहा है, लेकिन पुलिस किसी भी निष्कर्ष पर पहुंचने से पहले सभी साक्ष्यों को इकट्ठा कर रही है। उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि जल्द ही संदिग्ध से पूछताछ की जाएगी और आवश्यक कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

ग्रामीणों में दहशत का माहौल

इस बर्बर हत्या से गांव में दहशत का माहौल है। स्थानीय लोग इस घटना से आक्रोशित हैं और पुलिस से जल्द से जल्द न्याय की मांग कर रहे हैं। ग्रामीणों का कहना है कि गांव में लंबे समय से जमीनी विवाद चल रहे हैं, जिनका समय रहते समाधान नहीं हो पाता, और कभी-कभी ऐसी घटनाएं घट जाती हैं।

ग्रामीणों ने पुलिस से सख्त कार्रवाई की मांग की है ताकि भविष्य में इस तरह की घटनाएं न हों और गांव में शांति बनी रहे।

जमीन विवाद से जुड़े अपराधों का बढ़ता खतरा

यह घटना दर्शाती है कि गुमला और आसपास के ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में जमीन विवाद से जुड़े अपराध लगातार बढ़ रहे हैं। ग्रामीण इलाकों में जमीन की सीमाएं और उनका स्वामित्व एक जटिल मुद्दा है, जो कई बार हिंसक झगड़ों में बदल जाता है। स्थानीय पुलिस और प्रशासन के लिए यह एक गंभीर समस्या बनती जा रही है, जिसे रोकने के लिए ठोस कदम उठाने की आवश्यकता है।

पुलिस की अपील: संदिग्ध जानकारी देने का अनुरोध

चैनपुर थाना प्रभारी कुंदन चौधरी ने स्थानीय लोगों से अपील की है कि यदि किसी को भी इस घटना से संबंधित कोई जानकारी हो, तो वे तुरंत पुलिस से संपर्क करें। पुलिस ने यह भी कहा है कि मामले की निष्पक्ष जांच की जाएगी और दोषियों को कड़ी सजा दी जाएगी।

चौधरी ने कहा, “हम हर पहलू से मामले की जांच कर रहे हैं और ग्रामीणों से अनुरोध करते हैं कि वे किसी भी प्रकार की जानकारी देने में पुलिस का सहयोग करें। हम चाहते हैं कि दोषियों को जल्द से जल्द गिरफ्तार किया जाए।”

जल्द से जल्द न्याय की उम्मीद

जनावल भुंडूटोली में जोहन एक्का की हत्या से गांव में भय और असुरक्षा का माहौल पैदा हो गया है। पुलिस ने त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुए मामले की जांच शुरू कर दी है, लेकिन असली दोषी कौन है, इसका पता लगाना अभी बाकी है।

इस प्रकार की घटनाएं दर्शाती हैं कि जमीन विवादों को हल करने के लिए स्थानीय प्रशासन को और अधिक सक्रिय भूमिका निभानी होगी, ताकि ऐसे विवाद हिंसा में न बदलें। उम्मीद की जा रही है कि पुलिस जल्द ही इस मामले को सुलझाएगी और गांव में फिर से शांति स्थापित करेगी।
