गुमला : – गुमला जिला अंतर्गत स्थित गुमला – सिसई और बिशुनपुर उक्त तीनों विधानसभा मतगणना कार्य से पूर्व अबतक की गई तैयारियों की समीक्षा करते हुए गुमला उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि मतगणना संबंधी कार्य को गंभीरता से लेते हुए निर्वाचन आयोग के निर्देशों का पालन किया जाए। मतगणना से जुड़े किसी भी काम में लापरवाही बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी।
उपायुक्त ने कहा कि मतगणना को पारदर्शी तरीके से पूर्ण करवाने के साथ मतगणना स्थल पर व्यापक सुरक्षा व सभी व्यवस्थाओं को सुचारू तरीके से सुनिश्चित करने के लिए प्रत्येक स्तर पर गंभीरता से दायित्व निर्वहन करें। उपायुक्त ने मतगणना स्थल पर पानी, बिजली, फर्नीचर, साइनेज बोर्ड, सभी के खाने पीने की व्यवस्था आदि सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने मीडिया सेंटर कक्ष की तैयारी के साथ डिजिटल स्क्रीन लगवाने, इंटरनेट व्यवस्था, मतगणना स्थल पर फायर बिग्रेड की व्यवस्था, कम्प्यूटर व ऑपरेटर व्यवस्था सहित काउंटिंग स्टाफ, मीडिया, राजनीतिक दलों के प्रवेश व बैठने की व्यवस्था के संबंध में आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिया। जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी ने स्ट्रांग रूम की व्यवस्था व पोस्टल बैलेट काउंटिंग के संबंध में भी चर्चा की गई।
बताते चले कि विधानसभा चुनाव 2024 के निमित तीनों विधान सभा क्षेत्र के लिए 18 – 18 टेबल का गठन किया जाएगा एवं 18 पाली में मतगणना की जाने की सूचना जिला निर्वाचन विभाग द्वारा प्राप्त है। जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी द्वारा दिए गए निर्देश के आलोक में स्ट्रांग रूम पूर्वाह्न 7 बजे खोलें जाएंगे तथा पूर्वाह्न 8 बजे से काउंटिंग प्रारंभ कर दी जाएगी।
बैठक में उप विकास आयुक्त,अपर समाहर्ता गुमला, तीनों विधान सभा क्षेत्र के RO, जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक, जिला उप निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी, जिला सूचना एवं विज्ञान पदाधिकारी समेत संबंधित पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी उपस्थित थे।
