गुमला :- केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय की उच्चस्तरीय टीम ने गुमला जिले का दौरा कर यक्ष्मा उन्मूलन के 100 दिवसीय अभियान का निरीक्षण किया। टीम में संयुक्त निदेशक डॉ. निशांत कुमार (नई दिल्ली), डॉ. सुदर्शन (WHO), डॉ. प्रभु आर (केंद्रीय यक्ष्मा प्रभार), प्राण रंजन मिश्रा (केंद्रीय आईसीडी पदाधिकारी), जिला यक्ष्मा पदाधिकारी डॉ. गणेश राम और पिरामल फाउंडेशन के प्रतिनिधि शामिल थे।
उपायुक्त के साथ समीक्षा बैठक
टीम ने गुमला उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी के साथ अभियान की प्रगति पर चर्चा की। उपायुक्त ने अभियान को जिले को यक्ष्मा मुक्त बनाने का एक ऐतिहासिक प्रयास बताते हुए कहा कि यदि किसी स्तर पर कमी होगी तो उसे शीघ्र दूर किया जाएगा।
भरनो प्रखंड में औचक निरीक्षण
टीम ने भरनो प्रखंड के आमलिया क्षेत्र का औचक निरीक्षण किया, जहां अभियान के तहत किए जा रहे कार्यों का अवलोकन किया गया। टीम ने कार्यों को संतोषजनक पाया और जिला स्वास्थ्य विभाग की टीम की सराहना की। उन्होंने कहा कि यह अभियान अन्य जिलों के लिए एक अनुकरणीय मॉडल बन सकता है।
जागरूकता और निश्चय वाहन की भूमिका
टीम ने यक्ष्मा के प्रति जागरूकता फैलाने के लिए “निश्चय वाहन” पहल की सराहना की। यह वाहन ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में यक्ष्मा से संबंधित जानकारी और जागरूकता फैलाने में प्रभावी भूमिका निभा रहा है।
स्वास्थ्य कर्मियों से बातचीत और सुझाव
टीम ने स्वास्थ्य कर्मियों के साथ चर्चा करते हुए चुनौतियों और सुझावों पर विचार-विमर्श किया। उन्होंने जोर दिया कि:
▪यक्ष्मा रोगियों की शीघ्र पहचान और जांच प्रक्रिया में तेजी लाई जाए।
▪पोषण सहायता और रोगियों की नियमित निगरानी पर विशेष ध्यान दिया जाए।
▪सामुदायिक भागीदारी बढ़ाने के लिए जागरूकता कार्यक्रम चलाए जाएं।
अभियान की प्रगति और प्रभाव
जिले में घर-घर जाकर रोगियों की पहचान, मुफ्त दवा वितरण, एक्स-रे और बलगम जांच, पोषण सहायता, और रोगियों की नियमित निगरानी की जा रही है। इस पहल ने गुमला जिले को एक सकारात्मक दिशा में आगे बढ़ाया है।
गुमला: अन्य जिलों के लिए प्रेरणा स्रोत
केंद्रीय टीम ने गुमला जिला स्वास्थ्य विभाग और प्रशासन की प्रतिबद्धता को सराहा। उन्होंने कहा कि गुमला जिले का यह अभियान अन्य जिलों के लिए एक प्रेरणादायक मॉडल बन सकता है। सामुदायिक भागीदारी और जागरूकता बढ़ाने पर जोर देकर इसे और प्रभावी बनाया जा सकता है।
केंद्रीय टीम के दौरे ने गुमला के प्रयासों को सही दिशा में माना और यह साबित किया कि जिला यक्ष्मा उन्मूलन की ओर तेजी से बढ़ रहा है। यह अभियान गुमला को यक्ष्मा मुक्त बनाने में एक ऐतिहासिक उपलब्धि साबित हो सकता है।
