आईसीआईसीआई प्रूडेंशियल लाइफ इंश्योरेंस ने जुलाई 2024 से सितंबर 2024 की अवधि में 99.04 प्रतिशत का क्लेम सेटलमेंट रेशियो हासिल किया है, जो इंडस्ट्री में सबसे अधिक है। खास बात यह है कि डेथ क्लेम निपटाने में औसतन केवल 1.2 दिन का समय लगा है।
आईसीआईसीआई प्रू लाइफ इंश्योरेंस के चीफ ऑपरेशन्स ऑफिसर, श्री अमीश बैंकर ने कहा, “क्लेम वह पल है जब ग्राहक का विश्वास हम पर टिका होता है, और हम हर क्लेम को संवेदनशीलता के साथ संभालते हैं।”
वित्त वर्ष 2025 की दूसरी तिमाही में हमने 99.04 प्रतिशत क्लेम सेटल किए, जबकि नॉन-इन्वेस्टिगेटेड क्लेम्स का एवरेज सेटलमेंट समय (डॉक्युमेंट्स प्राप्त होने के बाद) केवल 1.2 दिन था। इस अवधि में हमने 451 करोड़ रुपये के डेथ क्लेम निपटाए।
हमारी ‘क्लेम फॉर श्योर’ पहल के तहत, हम सभी दस्तावेज जमा होने के बाद योग्य क्लेम्स को एक दिन में निपटाने का वादा करते हैं। इस पहल के तहत वित्त वर्ष 2024 की दूसरी तिमाही में हमने 71.24 करोड़ रुपये के डेथ क्लेम निपटाए। हम लगातार इंडस्ट्री में अग्रणी क्लेम सेटलमेंट रेशियो के साथ सबसे आगे बने हुए हैं। वित्त वर्ष 2024 की पहली तिमाही में यह 97.94 प्रतिशत, वित्त वर्ष 2024 की दूसरी तिमाही में 98.14 प्रतिशत, वित्त वर्ष 2024 की तीसरी तिमाही में 98.52 प्रतिशत और पूरे वित्त वर्ष 2024 में 99.17 प्रतिशत रहा।
