गुमला शिक्षा विभाग की समीक्षा बैठक: शैक्षिक सुधार और योजनाओं पर चर्चा

गुमला जिला शिक्षा विभाग की समीक्षा बैठक 11 दिसंबर 2024 को आयोजित हुई। इस बैठक की अध्यक्षता जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी कविता खलखो और जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक नूर आलम खां ने संयुक्त रूप से की। इसमें शिक्षा विभाग के अधिकारियों और प्रबंधकों ने शैक्षिक योजनाओं की समीक्षा करते हुए आगामी कार्य योजनाओं पर चर्चा की।

शैक्षिक सामग्री वितरण पर विशेष जोर

बैठक में आगामी शैक्षिक वर्ष के लिए कक्षा 1 से 10 तक की पाठ्य पुस्तकों की समय पर उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करने पर विशेष चर्चा हुई। यह निर्णय लिया गया कि शैक्षिक सत्र शुरू होते ही छात्रों को सभी आवश्यक सामग्री उपलब्ध करा दी जाएगी। डीईओ ने निर्देश दिया कि बच्चों के डाइस आंकड़ों को तुरंत ऑनलाइन अपडेट किया जाए, ताकि योजनाओं के कार्यान्वयन में किसी प्रकार की देरी न हो।

इसके अलावा, केंद्र सरकार द्वारा छात्रों के लिए व्यक्तिगत अपार आईडी जनरेट की जा रही है। इस आईडी के माध्यम से हर छात्र की शैक्षिक प्रगति को डिजिटल रूप से संगृहीत किया जाएगा, जिससे उनकी जानकारी एक क्लिक पर उपलब्ध होगी।

शैक्षिक मूल्यांकन और आईसीटी लैब का निर्माण

16 दिसंबर से कक्षा 1 से 7 के लिए शैक्षिक मूल्यांकन शुरू करने की योजना बनाई गई है, जिसमें सभी छात्रों की भागीदारी सुनिश्चित की जाएगी। इसके साथ ही, जिले के सभी बीआरसी (ब्लॉक रिसोर्स सेंटर) में आईसीटी लैब स्थापित किए जा रहे हैं। इन लैब में कंप्यूटर और प्रोजेक्टर जैसी आधुनिक सुविधाएं प्रदान की जाएंगी, ताकि छात्रों को तकनीकी रूप से सक्षम बनाया जा सके।

शिक्षकों और कर्मियों के लिए सख्त दिशा-निर्देश

बैठक में शिक्षकों और अन्य कर्मियों के लिए कई सख्त निर्देश जारी किए गए। यह सुनिश्चित किया गया कि सभी कर्मचारी अपनी दैनिक उपस्थिति बायोमेट्रिक प्रणाली के माध्यम से दर्ज करें। किसी भी प्रकार की लापरवाही या अनुपस्थिति को बीपीओ और बीईओ के संयुक्त हस्ताक्षर से दर्ज किया जाएगा।

शिक्षकों के ईविद्यावाहिनी आंकड़ों को शुद्ध करने और 15 वर्ष से अधिक के असाक्षर व्यक्तियों की पहचान के लिए भी निर्देश दिए गए। इसके अलावा, शिक्षा विभाग ने जानबूझकर लापरवाही बरतने वाले शिक्षकों की सूची तैयार करने का निर्देश दिया।

विद्यालय सुविधाओं और योजनाओं पर ध्यान

बैठक में उच्च और मध्य विद्यालयों के लिए अतिरिक्त वर्ग कक्ष, बेंच-डेस्क और अन्य आवश्यक सुविधाओं की मांग की गई। बच्चों के बैंक खातों की उपलब्धता, सावित्रीबाई फुले योजना, प्री-मैट्रिक छात्रवृत्ति, पोशाक, और विद्यालय अनुदान जैसी योजनाओं के कार्यान्वयन पर भी चर्चा हुई।

किचन शेड निर्माण और मध्याह्न भोजन योजना के बेहतर प्रबंधन के लिए भी निर्देश दिए गए। विभाग ने सीआरपी को नियमित रूप से ऑनलाइन और ऑफलाइन बैठकों के माध्यम से स्कूलों के प्रदर्शन की निगरानी करने को कहा।

शैक्षिक प्रगति के लिए सामूहिक प्रयास

जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी ने सभी अधिकारियों और शिक्षकों को निर्देश दिया कि प्रखंड और विद्यालय स्तर पर समन्वय स्थापित कर लंबित कार्यों को जल्द से जल्द पूरा करें। जिले की शैक्षिक प्रगति के लिए यह सुनिश्चित करना अनिवार्य है कि योजनाओं का क्रियान्वयन समय पर हो और छात्रों को उनका लाभ मिले।

शिक्षा की नई दिशा

गुमला में आयोजित इस समीक्षा बैठक ने शिक्षा क्षेत्र में सुधार और योजनाओं के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन की दिशा में एक मजबूत कदम उठाया है। जिला प्रशासन का यह प्रयास छात्रों के बेहतर भविष्य के निर्माण में सहायक होगा।
