गुमला जिले में शिक्षा और बुनियादी सुविधाओं को बेहतर बनाने के लिए उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी के निर्देशन में एक विशेष अभियान शुरू किया गया है। इस अभियान के तहत कल्याण विभाग द्वारा संचालित जिले के 14 आवासीय विद्यालयों और छात्रावासों का गहन निरीक्षण किया गया। परियोजना निदेशक रीना हांसदा की अगुवाई में 12 विशेष टीमों का गठन किया गया, जिनका उद्देश्य विद्यालयों और छात्रावासों की बुनियादी स्थिति का आकलन करना और आवश्यक सुधारात्मक कदम उठाना है।
जांच अभियान के मुख्य बिंदु
1. विद्यालयों में बुनियादी ढांचे का निरीक्षण
निरीक्षण टीमों ने विद्यालय भवनों की स्थिति, स्वच्छता, और फर्नीचर जैसे बेंच-डेस्क की उपलब्धता का गहन आकलन किया।
- यह पाया गया कि कई विद्यालयों में बैठने की पर्याप्त व्यवस्था नहीं थी।
- स्वच्छता की स्थिति में सुधार की आवश्यकता देखी गई।
2. शैक्षणिक सामग्री और शिक्षक उपस्थिति की जांच
टीमों ने यह सुनिश्चित किया कि छात्रों को पाठ्यपुस्तकें, नोटबुक, और स्टेशनरी उपलब्ध हो।
- शिक्षकों की नियमित उपस्थिति पर भी विशेष ध्यान दिया गया।
- कई विद्यालयों में शिक्षकों की कमी पाई गई, जिसे जल्द पूरा किया जाएगा।
3. बच्चों के स्वास्थ्य और पोषण पर ध्यान
विद्यालयों में स्वास्थ्य जांच, हेल्थ रिपोर्ट, और भोजन की गुणवत्ता को प्राथमिकता दी गई।
- बच्चों को पौष्टिक आहार उपलब्ध कराने के लिए भोजन की गुणवत्ता में सुधार के निर्देश दिए गए।
- स्कूल यूनिफॉर्म और जूते वितरण की स्थिति की भी जांच की गई।

परियोजना निदेशक रीना हांसदा ने बताया कि इस पहल का मुख्य उद्देश्य सुदूरवर्ती इलाकों में स्थित विद्यालयों तक पहुंच बनाना और वहां की वास्तविक स्थिति का आकलन करना है।
- कई विद्यालय ऐसे क्षेत्रों में हैं, जहां नियमित निरीक्षण नहीं हो पाता।
- इन विद्यालयों के बच्चे बुनियादी सुविधाओं से वंचित रह जाते हैं।
- अभियान के माध्यम से इन समस्याओं को पहचान कर गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा और सुविधाएं सुनिश्चित की जाएंगी।

उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने इस अभियान को जिले में शिक्षा सुधार का एक अहम कदम बताया।
उन्होंने कहा, “हम बच्चों को एक ऐसा शैक्षणिक वातावरण देना चाहते हैं, जो उनकी प्रगति के लिए आदर्श हो। शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में सुधार प्रशासन की प्राथमिकता है।”
जांच अभियान का पहला चरण: सफलता की कहानी
1. गैप असेसमेंट और रिपोर्ट तैयार
जांच के पहले चरण में 14 विद्यालयों की गैप असेसमेंट रिपोर्ट तैयार की गई।
- इसमें स्कूलों की कमियों को चिह्नित किया गया।
- रिपोर्ट के आधार पर दूसरे चरण में सुधारात्मक कदम उठाए जाएंगे।
2. प्रमुख समस्याओं की पहचान

जिला प्रशासन कल्याण विभाग की रिपोर्ट के आधार पर स्कूलों की बुनियादी सुविधाओं को सुधारने के लिए प्रस्ताव पारित करेगा।
