नशीली दवाएं की चपेट में गुमला जिला

प्रतिबंधित ब्राउन शुगर , हीरोइन , गांजा – भांग , नशीले पदार्थ, और विभिन्न आकार प्रकार की नशीली दवाएं की चपेट में गुमला जिला

जिला प्रशासन, पुलिस प्रशासन, शिक्षक – शिक्षिकाएं और उक्त नशाखोरी करने वाले ननिहालों के माता-पिता अभिभावक और परिजन सभी हैरान और परेशान हैं

वहीं शॉर्टकट से अवैध प्रतिबंध नशीले पदार्थ बेचकर और अधिक मुनाफा कमाने वाले लोग मालामाल हो रहे हैं , काले अवैध नशीले पदार्थ के धंधे के रैकेट चलाने वाले व्यापारी और नशीली ड्रग्स बेचने वाले तस्कर गिरोह के तथाकथित बॉस।
गुमला जिला मुख्यालय स्थित इस्लामपुर मोहल्ले में गुमला पुलिस ने दो युवकों को विधिवत गिरफ्तार करते हुए, उनके पास से 40 ग्राम विभिन्न पुड़िया में ब्राउन शुगर बरामद किया है , जिसकी अनुमानित मूल्य सवा लाख रुपया बताया जा रहा है , इस संबंध में गुमला सदर थाना परिसर में एसडीपीओ सुरेश कुमार यादव ने एक प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस आयोजित कर बताया की गुमला गुमला सदर थाना पुलिस को एक गुप्त सूचना मिली कि जिला मुख्यालय स्थित इस्लामपुर मोहल्ले में एक शटर वाले दुकान पर चोरी छिपे ब्राउन शुगर पुड़िया में बेची जा रही है , उक्त सूचना पर त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुयें, उक्त गुप्त सूचना गुमला पुलिस अधीक्षक ( गुमला पुलिस कप्तान शंभू कुमार सिंह ) महोदय को दी गई, जिसपर त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुयें पुलिस कप्तान शंभू कुमार सिंह ने एसडीपीओ मुझे ( सुरेश प्रसाद यादव ) अवश्य दिशा निर्देश दी गई , उक्त दिशा निर्देश का पालन करते हुए मैंने एक छापामारी दाल गठन करते हुयें एस. आई. हिमांशु शेखर के नेतृत्व में एक छापामारी दल का गठन किया और उन्हें उक्त गुप्त स्थान पर भेजा गया, उक्त छापामारी दल ने उक्त दुकान का शटर उठाकर उसके अंदर उपस्थित पिंटू उर्फ शाहबाज खान और उसके निशान दही पर मोहम्मद टिंकू पकड़ा गया और उसके पास से 40 ग्राम ब्राउन शुगर का पुड़िया पकड़ा गया और उक्त दोनों आरोपियों को विधिवत गिरफ्तार करते हुए, उक्त 40 ग्राम ब्राउन शुगर के साथ पुलिस जीप में बैठकर गुमला सदर थाना लाया गया , जहां पूछताछ के क्रम में उक्त दोनों युवकों ने कई महत्वपूर्ण सूचनाओं दी , जैसे वह ब्राउन शुगर कहां से लाते हैं और किसके पास से लाते हैं और अधिक पैसा कमाने के लिए यह शॉर्टकट का रास्ता अपनाते हुए ब्राउन शुगर बेचने का धंधा कर रहे हैं, एक माचिस के तिल्ली के बारूद के बराबर ब्राउन शुगर को लगभग ₹500 में बेचते हैं और अपना खर्च निकलते हैं और ऐस मौज करते हैं , उक्त दोनों आरोपी युवकों ने अपने-अपने अपराध स्वीकार करते हुए उक्त बातें बताई हैं।

गुमला जिला में उक्त अवैध प्रतिबंधित नशीला पदार्थ ब्राउन शुगर, हीरोइन , गांजा – भांग एवं नशीली दवा , कफ सिरप और नशीली दवा के विभिन्न आकार प्रकार की नशीले गोलियों के गिरफ्त में आ चुके हैं , कॉलेज , स्कूल के छात्र छात्राएं, सहित नाबालिक बच्चों , किशोर किशोरियों को बहला फुसलाकर नशीले पदार्थों का आदि बनाया जा रहा हैं, जिससे त्रस्त हैं, उनके माता-पिता, अभिभावक , परिजनों , शिक्षक शिक्षिकाओं में बेचैनी बढ़ती जा रही हैं, और तो और उक्त नशाखोरी की वजह से जिले के विभिन्न प्रखंडों, गांवों, मोहल्लों में चोरी, छिनताई आदि की घटनो में काफी वृद्धि हुई है, फलस्वरूप पुलिस की सिर दर्द दिनों-दिन बढ़ती जा रही हैं।
