गुमला: हॉकी इंडिया के तत्वावधान में हॉकी इंडिया के महासचिव भोलानाथ सिंह द्वारा गुमला जिले के 40 प्रतिभाशाली खिलाड़ियों (20 बालक एवं 20 बालिका) को उच्च मानक हॉकी स्टिक प्रदान की गई। आज गुमला उपायुक्त, कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने इन हॉकी स्टिक का वितरण खिलाड़ियों के बीच किया।
इस अवसर पर उपायुक्त ने खिलाड़ियों को शुभकामनाएँ देते हुए कहा कि उच्च गुणवत्ता वाले खेल उपकरणों के माध्यम से खिलाड़ी अपने खेल कौशल में और अधिक निखार ला सकते हैं। उन्होंने गुमला जिले को हॉकी के क्षेत्र में राष्ट्रीय और अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर प्रतिष्ठित बनाने के लिए खिलाड़ियों को प्रेरित किया।
कार्यक्रम में मुख्य रूप से जिला खेल पदाधिकारी मनोज कुमार, अजय कुमार सिंह, कप्तान लोहारा, कुश्ती संघ के सचिव, और अन्य संबंधित अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
यह पहल गुमला जिले में खेल के विकास और खिलाड़ियों को प्रोत्साहित करने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम है। प्रशासन खेल क्षेत्र में नई ऊँचाइयाँ स्थापित करने के लिए लगातार प्रयासरत रहेगा।
