गुमला – गुमला जिला अंतर्गत स्थित सिसई थाना क्षेत्र के सकरौली ग्राम निवासी एक 10 वर्षीय मासूम बच्ची अस्मिता एक्का ( पिता – सलमान एक्का ) शनिवार को अपनी बकरी चलाकर अपने घर पहुंची और पास पड़ोस की सहेलियों के साथ खेलने लगी और वह एकाएक गायब हो गई, उक्त घटना जंगल की आज की तरह पूरे गांव में फैल गई और परिवार, परिजनों और ग्रामीणों ने उक्त मासूम बच्ची की खोजबीन करने लगे, परंतु कोई अता पता नहीं चल सका फिर भी लोग छानबीन में जुटे रहे, इसी क्रम में रात्रि लगभग 8.30 बजे उक्त मासूम बच्ची का शव उनके घर के पीछे से बरामद किया गया, और दूसरे दिन उक्त घटना की जानकारी सिसई थाना पुलिस को दी गई, उक्त मासूम बच्ची के शव को देखने से प्रतीत हो रहा था कि उक्त मासूम बच्ची को अपहरण कर , उसकी हत्या करने से पूर्व उस मासूम बच्ची को बेरहमी के साथ मारपीट करने के बाद , उक्त मासूम बच्ची का गला दबाकर हत्या कर दी गई हैं , क्योंकि उक्त मासूम बच्ची के गर्दन में काफी गहरे दाग साफ दिखाई दे रहे थे, उक्त मासूम बच्ची के शव प्राप्त होते ही पुरे परिवार , परिजनों और गांव में कोहराम मच गया, बाद में उक्त घटना की सूचना सिसई पुलिस को दी गई , उक्त सूचना मिलते ही सिसई थाना पुलिस ने त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुयें अपने दलबल के साथ उक्त घाटनास्थल पर पहुंचकर पुछताछ छानबीन शुरू कर दी, इसी क्रम में परिवार , परिजनों और ग्रामीणों ने शंका व्यक्त करते हुए , मृतक छात्रा के बड़े पिता पर ही उक्त हत्याकांड को अंजाम देने का आरोप लगाया गया , जिसपर पुलिस ने त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुयें उक्त मृतक मासूम बच्ची के बड़े पिता के घर की तलाशी ली गई तो उस घर से उक्त बच्ची का चप्पल , बिस्कुट, जलेबी और दारू का बोतल बरामद होते ही उक्त तथाकथित बड़े पिता पर उपस्थित सभी लोगों ने पुलिस के समक्ष यह संभावना व्यक्त करते हुए , आरोप लगाया की उक्त हत्याकांड को आपसी रंजिश और नशापान का सेवन कर उक्त मासूम बच्ची की हत्या करने से पूर्व उक्त बच्ची के साथ बेरहमी से मारपीट कर अंततः उसकी गला घोटकर हत्या कर दी गई, बाद में पुलिस ने उक्त आरोपी को हिरासत में लेते हुए पुछताछ और छानबीन करने के लिए अपने साथ सिसई थाना ले गई और उक्त मासूम बच्ची के शव को अपने कब्जे में लेकर पोस्टमार्टम हेतु गुमला सदर अस्पताल स्थित पोस्टमार्टम हाउस भेजवाया गया जहां पोस्टमार्टम के बाद उक्त शव को उसके परिजनों को सौंप दिया गया हैं।
