नगर परिषद् गुमला द्वारा अपील

गुमला : – गुमला नगर परिषद् का निर्वाचन अवधि समाप्त होने के पश्चात भी लम्बित है। सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के दिनांक 03.04.2021 को पारित निर्णय के आलोक में एवं नगर विकास एवं आवास विभाग, झारखंड सरकार की अधिसूचना संख्या 2508 दिनांक 04.07.2023 के तहत, नगर परिषद् गुमला में पिछड़े वर्गों को आरक्षण देने की पात्रता की समीक्षा हेतु झारखंड राज्य पिछड़ा वर्ग आयोग को अधिकृत किया गया है।

राज्य आयोग, झारखंड रांची के पत्रांक 701/पि० दिनांक 03.12.2024 के निर्देशानुसार, वर्तमान में प्रयुक्त विधानसभा निर्वाचन मतदाता सूची के आधार पर नगर परिषद् गुमला के वार्डवार प्रगणकों द्वारा मतदाताओं से सूचना संकलन का कार्य किया जाएगा। प्रगणक डोर-टू-डोर सर्वेक्षण के माध्यम से प्रपत्र-1 में आवश्यक जानकारी एकत्रित करेंगे।
