रैयती जमीन पर बिना सहमति के शिलान्यास, अधिवक्ता ने जताई आपत्ति

हजारीबाग, 27 दिसंबर 2024:

हजारीबाग जिले के केरेडारी थाना अंतर्गत गर्री कलां गांव में रैयती जमीन पर जिला खनिज फाउंडेशन ट्रस्ट (DMFT) के तहत पीसीसी पथ निर्माण का मामला विवादों में आ गया है। अधिवक्ता मनोज कुमार सिन्हा ने आरोप लगाया है कि तात्कालीन विधायक सुश्री अंबा प्रसाद ने उनकी निजी जमीन पर बिना अनुमति के पीसीसी पथ निर्माण का शिलान्यास कर दिया।

मनोज कुमार सिन्हा, जो हजारीबाग व्यवहार न्यायालय में प्रैक्टिस करते हैं, ने बताया कि यह जमीन उनके दादा स्व. धनुषधारी लाल के नाम से खतियान में दर्ज है। यह जमीन खाता नंबर 66 और प्लॉट नंबर 2126 के अंतर्गत आती है, जिसमें उनका तालाब और धानखेत स्थित है।

अधिवक्ता ने बताया कि 25 दिसंबर 2024 को जब वे अपने पैतृक गांव गए, तो उन्होंने देखा कि उनकी रैयती जमीन पर पीसीसी पथ निर्माण का शिलान्यास किया गया है। यह शिलान्यास 9 अक्टूबर 2024 को तात्कालीन विधायक सुश्री अंबा प्रसाद ने किया था। उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि शिलान्यास से पहले उनसे किसी प्रकार की सहमति नहीं ली गई और न ही उन्हें इसकी कोई सूचना दी गई।

इस संबंध में अधिवक्ता ने बताया कि यह पीसीसी पथ उत्क्रमित मध्य विद्यालय, वैद्य मोहल्ला से छठ घाट तक बनाया जाना प्रस्तावित है, जो उनकी 42 डिसमिल जमीन से होकर गुजरता है। उन्होंने दावा किया कि कुछ लोगों ने निजी स्वार्थ की पूर्ति के लिए उनकी रैयती जमीन पर शिलान्यास करवाया है।

आवेदन देकर जताई आपत्ति

मनोज कुमार सिन्हा ने 26 दिसंबर 2024 को माननीय सांसद मनीष जायसवाल, जिला परिषद अध्यक्ष उमेश मेहता, उपायुक्त, उप विकास आयुक्त सह जिला खनिज फाउंडेशन ट्रस्ट के सचिव, और जिला अभियंता को आवेदन सौंपकर इस कार्य पर आपत्ति जताई है।

उन्होंने इस मामले में न्याय संगत कार्रवाई की मांग की है और कहा है कि बिना अनुमति रैयती जमीन का उपयोग करना पूरी तरह अनुचित है। अब यह देखना होगा कि संबंधित अधिकारियों द्वारा इस पर क्या कदम उठाए जाते हैं।
