गुमला : – गुमला जिला मुख्यालय में आज उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी की अध्यक्षता में स्वास्थ्य विभाग की मासिक समीक्षात्मक बैठक का आयोजन किया गया। बैठक में सिविल सर्जन, एसीएमओ, डेम, डीएस, तथा स्वास्थ्य विभाग के अधिकारी एवं चिकित्सकीय कर्मी उपस्थित रहे। बैठक का मुख्य उद्देश्य जिले में स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं की प्रगति की समीक्षा करना और आगामी अभियानों की तैयारियों को सुनिश्चित करना था।
बैठक में फाइलेरिया मुक्त अभियान पर विशेष जोर दिया गया, जो आगामी 10 फरवरी से 25 फरवरी तक आयोजित होगा। उपायुक्त ने बताया कि जिले के सभी आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों, विद्यालयों एवं स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों में फाइलेरिया से बचाव हेतु दवाइयों का वितरण किया जाएगा। उन्होंने स्पष्ट निर्देश दिए कि गर्भवती महिलाएं, दो वर्ष से कम उम्र के बच्चे, एवं गंभीर बीमारियों से ग्रसित मरीजों को छोड़कर सभी लोगों को दवा का सेवन कराना अनिवार्य होगा। इसके साथ ही, इस अभियान के तहत जागरूकता कार्यक्रम आयोजित किए जाएंगे, ताकि लोगों को फाइलेरिया के खतरों और इसके रोकथाम के उपायों की जानकारी दी जा सके।
बैठक के दौरान अस्पताल प्रबंधन समिति के कार्यों की भी समीक्षा की गई। उपायुक्त ने जिले के विभिन्न स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों में अनुपयोगी एवं खराब उपकरणों की मरम्मत और पुनः उपयोग सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों के बुनियादी ढांचे के सुधार और ब्लड डोनेशन कैंप के आयोजन पर विशेष ध्यान देने को कहा।
इसके अतिरिक्त, उपायुक्त ने सभी स्वास्थ्य कर्मियों को गांवों में जाकर नियमित स्वास्थ्य जांच करने और प्रतिदिन रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करने का निर्देश दिया। टीबी मुक्त अभियान और सिकल सेल से संबंधित कार्यों की प्रगति की भी समीक्षा की गई। उन्होंने दिव्यांग प्रमाणपत्र, ओपीडी सेवाओं और एंबुलेंस प्रबंधन से संबंधित प्रक्रियाओं को अधिक प्रभावी बनाने पर जोर दिया।
समीक्षा बैठक में मातृ वंदना योजना के तहत गर्भवती महिलाओं को लाभान्वित करने और ब्लॉक स्तर पर नियमित समीक्षा बैठकों के आयोजन का भी निर्देश दिया गया। उपायुक्त ने स्वास्थ्य विभाग के सभी अधिकारियों को योजनाओं को समयबद्ध एवं प्रभावी ढंग से लागू करने के लिए प्रेरित किया।
