गुमला : – गुमला जिला अंतर्गत स्थित चैनपुर प्रखंड के टोंगो गांव की निवासी सुमित्रा तिर्की ने अपनी मेहनत और संकल्प से आत्मनिर्भरता की नई मिसाल पेश की है। सुमित्रा ने ग्रामीण स्वरोजगार प्रशिक्षण संस्थान (RSETI), गुमला से 30 दिवसीय आवासीय सिलाई प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त किया। प्रशिक्षण के बाद उन्होंने बैंक ऑफ़ इंडिया, चैनपुर शाखा से ₹35,000 का ऋण प्राप्त किया।
इस राशि का उपयोग कर उन्होंने अपने गांव में ही सिलाई का व्यवसाय शुरू किया। उनके इस प्रयास में उनके पति ने भी पूरा सहयोग दिया। आज सुमित्रा अपने व्यवसाय से अच्छी आमदनी कर रही हैं और अपने परिवार के आर्थिक स्थिति को सशक्त बना रही हैं।
प्रशिक्षण से बदलाव की कहानी:
सुमित्रा बताती हैं कि आरसेटी गुमला में प्राप्त प्रशिक्षण ने न केवल उन्हें तकनीकी दक्षता प्रदान की, बल्कि व्यवसाय प्रबंधन और स्वरोजगार के लिए आवश्यक मार्गदर्शन भी दिया। आज वह अपने गांव में एक प्रेरणा स्रोत बन चुकी हैं।
