कामडारा: महिलाओं की भागीदारी और सामाजिक बदलाव पर जोर, कुरकुरा आजीविका संगठन की वार्षिक सभा संपन्न

गुमला, झारखंड: गुमला जिले के कामडारा प्रखंड के सालेगुटू पंचायत भवन में कुरकुरा आजीविका महिला संकुल संगठन/सहकारी समिति लिमिटेड की पांचवीं वार्षिक आमसभा का आयोजन मंगलवार को किया गया। इस कार्यक्रम में जिला परिषद सदस्य दीपक कंडुलना मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में शामिल हुए। कार्यक्रम का उद्घाटन दीप प्रज्वलन के साथ किया गया, जिसमें जिला परिषद सदस्य, पूर्व प्रमुख भलेरिया तोपनो और अन्य गणमान्य अतिथियों ने भाग लिया।

महिलाओं की भागीदारी पर जोर

अपने संबोधन में दीपक कंडुलना ने महिलाओं की सक्रिय भागीदारी को किसी भी सरकारी योजना की सफलता के लिए आवश्यक बताया। उन्होंने कहा, “महिलाएं समाज का अभिन्न हिस्सा हैं, और उनके बिना कोई भी विकास योजना पूरी नहीं हो सकती।” उन्होंने उपस्थित महिलाओं से आग्रह किया कि वे शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, दहेज प्रथा और अंधविश्वास के खिलाफ जागरूकता फैलाएं और संगठित होकर ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में नशा व शराब के विरुद्ध अभियान चलाएं।

संगठन की वित्तीय प्रगति

कार्यक्रम के दौरान संगठन की लेखापाल पूनम कुमारी ने अप्रैल 2023 से मार्च 2024 तक की ऑडिट रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत की। उन्होंने बताया कि एसके झारखंड एसोसिएट एंड कंपनी, रांची द्वारा किए गए ऑडिट में संगठन की वित्तीय स्थिति संतोषजनक पाई गई। वर्ष 2023-24 के दौरान संगठन को कुल ₹3,44,975 का शुद्ध लाभ हुआ।

सामाजिक बदलाव की शपथ

कार्यक्रम के दौरान महिलाओं ने नशा मुक्ति, भ्रूण हत्या रोकथाम, बाल विवाह और दहेज प्रथा जैसी कुरीतियों को समाप्त करने की शपथ ली। अतिथियों ने इस प्रयास की सराहना की और इसे स्वच्छ व सशक्त समाज निर्माण की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम बताया।

सांस्कृतिक प्रस्तुतियां और स्वागत समारोह

कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत सांस्कृतिक नृत्य और गीतों से हुई। अतिथियों का पारंपरिक तरीके से स्वागत किया गया। सभा में जेएसएलपीएस संस्था के सत्यनारायण कुमार, कुरकुरा सीएलएफ की प्रमिला कुमारी, शोभा कुमारी और अमृता देवी सहित विभिन्न महिला समूहों ने हिस्सा लिया। इस आयोजन में गरई, बड़कोइली, खिजरी, सालेगुटू, चंदाटोली, जामडीह, पोढ़धोटोली, और बेतेरकेरा के हजारों महिलाओं की भागीदारी रही।

समाज निर्माण में महिलाओं की भूमिका

कार्यक्रम के समापन पर वक्ताओं ने महिलाओं से अपने संगठन को और मजबूत करने का आह्वान किया। कंडुलना ने कहा, “जब महिलाएं एकजुट होकर काम करेंगी, तो समाज से कुरीतियों का अंत होगा और विकास की राह मजबूत होगी।”
