गुमला जिला मुख्यालय में जशपुर रोड स्थित डेली मार्केट सब्जी बाजार अतिक्रमण को हटाकर जिला प्रशासन ने उक्त स्थान पर गड्ढे करवा दिए थें , और आज नगर परिषद गुमला द्वारा जेसीबी मशीन लगवा कर उक्त गड्ढे को भरवा दिया गया

चर्चा का विषय बना हुआ है, जिला प्रशासन और नगर परिषद गुमला की पावर – पावर की बात

गुमला : – गुमला जिला प्रशासन द्वारा जशपुर रोड स्थित बंगाली क्लब दुर्गाबाड़ी गुमला के समक्ष स्थित पीडब्ल्यूडी के चार दिवारी के बाहर अतिक्रमण कर सब्जी बाजार लगाया जाता था, उस स्थान को जिला प्रशासन द्वारा कई बार अतिक्रमण हटाने के बावजूद भी उक्त स्थान पर डेली मार्केट सब्जी बाजार का लगना जारी रहा, अंततः जिला प्रशासन गुमला ने उक्त स्थान पर गड्ढे खुलवा दिए,ताकि वहां पर अतिक्रमण न हो और डेली मार्केट सब्जी बाजार नहीं लगा जा सके, परंतु इसके बावजूद भी खाली पड़े स्थान पर समय-समय पर अतिक्रमण कर डेली मार्केट सब्जी बाजार लगता रहा, जिसका विरोध जिला प्रशासन द्वारा किया जाता रहा, की उक्त डेली मार्केट सब्जी बाजार में काफी संख्या मैं भीड़ लगने से उक्त स्थान पर भीड़ भाड़ होने के कारण कई बार उक्त स्थान पर दुर्घटनाएं घट चुकी है, और पूर्वके वर्षों में एक सड़क दुर्घटना में एक महिला की जान चली गई थी , फलस्वरुप उक्त स्थान को जिला प्रशासन द्वारा दुर्घटना स्थल और डेंजर जोन मानते हुए, उक्त स्थान पर जिला प्रशासन गुमला द्वारा गड्ढे करवा दिए गए थे , जिसका विरोध संबंधित लोगों एवं जनप्रतिनिधियों द्वारा लगातार किया जाता रहा, परंतु जिला प्रशासन द्वारा उक्त स्थान पर अतिक्रमण कर दुकान लगाने की अनुमति नहीं देने के विरोध में कई बार जिला प्रशासन द्वारा आयोजित विभिन्न बैठकों में इसका विरोध किया जाता रहा, और इस बार हुए शांति समिति की बैठक में भी उक्त मुद्दे को काफी उछाला गया, परंतु जिला प्रशासन टस से मस नहीं हुई और आज इस स्थल पर गुमला नगर परिषद की नवनियुक्त अध्यक्ष शकुंतला उरांव व उपाध्यक्ष रमेश चीनी के द्वारा जशपुर रोड गुमला में किए हुए गड्ढा जिसे नगर परिषद गुमला द्वारा गुमला नगर को मुँह चिढ़ा रहा था…. की संज्ञा देते हुए उक्त स्थल के गड्ढों को जेसीबी मशीन लाकर समतल किया जा रहा है, फलस्वरुप चौक चौराहों पर उक्त घटना की चर्चाएं जोर शोर से चल रही है, देखना है जिला प्रशासन और नगर परिषद गुमला के बीच अंततः इस मुद्दे पर क्या निर्णय होती है यह सवालिया निशान है?????
