सरहुल, ईद व रामनवमी को लेकर खाद्य विभाग सतर्क, सघन जांच अभियान जारी

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त के निर्देशानुसार जिले में खाद्य सुरक्षा मानकों के अनुपालन एवं जनस्वास्थ्य की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करने के उद्देश्य से आज अभिहित अधिकारी -सह- अपर मुख्य चिकित्सा पदाधिकारी, गुमला के मार्गदर्शन में खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी प्रकाश चंद्र गुग्गी के नेतृत्व में गुमला शहर के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में खाद्य प्रतिष्ठानों पर सघन निरीक्षण अभियान चलाया गया।

निरीक्षण के दौरान सकरौली, सिसई में मेसर्स इंडियन ढाबा सहित शहर स्थित मेसर्स प्रकाश होटल, मेसर्स वी-मार्ट एवं अन्य दुकानों के साथ-साथ ठेला-खोमचा संचालकों की भी जांच की गई।

जांच के क्रम में दुकानदारों को अखाद्य रंगों का उपयोग नहीं करने, साफ-सफाई बनाए रखने, ढक्कनयुक्त डस्टबिन का प्रयोग करने तथा खाद्य पदार्थों में न्यूज़पेपर का उपयोग न करने का सख्त निर्देश दिया गया।

आगामी त्योहारों जैसे सरहुल, ईद एवं रामनवमी को ध्यान में रखते हुए विभाग द्वारा विशेष सतर्कता बरती जा रही है, ताकि आमजन को शुद्ध एवं सुरक्षित खाद्य सामग्री उपलब्ध हो सके। इस दौरान सभी खाद्य कारोबारकर्ताओं से अपील की गई कि वे किसी भी प्रकार की मिलावटखोरी से दूर रहें। साथ ही यह भी कहा गया कि यदि कहीं भी मिलावटी खाद्य सामग्री का निर्माण या बिक्री होते पाए जाने की सूचना मिले, तो इसकी जानकारी तुरंत खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग को दें, ताकि समय रहते आवश्यक कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित की जा सके।

खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी ने स्पष्ट किया कि यदि जांच के दौरान किसी प्रकार की अनियमितता पाई जाती है, तो खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं मानक अधिनियम 2006 के तहत विधिसम्मत कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
