नगर परिषद गुमला के सैरातों की बंदोबस्ती संपन्न, नगर राजस्व में होगी वृद्धि

गुमला : – गुमला नगर परिषद, द्वारा विभिन्न सैरातों की बंदोबस्ती की प्रक्रिया संपन्न की गई। इस क्रम में नगर क्षेत्र के प्रमुख स्थलों के लिए निर्धारित आरक्षित मूल्य के आधार पर बोली प्रक्रिया आयोजित की गई, जिसमें संवेदकों ने भाग लिया।

शहर के प्रमुख डाक बस पड़ाव की बोली 82 लाख 94 हजार रुपये के आरक्षित मूल्य से प्रारंभ हुई, जिसमें चार संवेदकों ने भाग लिया। उच्चतम बोली लगाते हुए सुषमा देवी द्वारा 91 लाख रुपये की बोली लगाकर सैरात प्राप्त किया गया।
इसी प्रकार बाजार टांड़ सैरात के लिए 41 लाख 58 हजार रुपये के आरक्षित मूल्य के विरुद्ध निखिल सोनी द्वारा 41 लाख 98 हजार रुपये की उच्चतम बोली लगाई गई। लोहरदगा रोड एवं जशपुर रोड टेंपो पड़ाव की बंदोबस्ती शिव सोनी द्वारा 16 लाख रुपये में प्राप्त की गई।
बिरसा मुंडा बाउंड्री के समीप स्थित पार्किंग स्थल का सैरात निखित सोनी द्वारा 1 लाख 60 हजार रुपये में लिया गया। सिसई रोड ऑटो पड़ाव की बंदोबस्ती शिव सोनी द्वारा 13 लाख 40 हजार रुपये तथा पालकोट रोड ऑटो पड़ाव की बंदोबस्ती उमेश गुप्ता द्वारा 14 लाख 49 हजार रुपये में प्राप्त की गई।
उक्त सभी सैरातों की बंदोबस्ती अवधि 01 अप्रैल 2026 से 31 मार्च 2027 तक निर्धारित की गई है। इससे नगर परिषद को राजस्व प्राप्त होगा, जिसका उपयोग शहरी विकास कार्यों में किया जाएगा।
बंदोबस्ती प्रक्रिया के दौरान नगर परिषद परिसर में दिनभर गतिविधि बनी रही तथा प्रक्रिया शांतिपूर्ण एवं पारदर्शी तरीके से संपन्न हुई। डाक संचालन में सिटी प्रबंधक मनीषा प्रियंका टोप्पो, हेलाल अहमद खान, रौनक कृष्ण पाण्डेय, सोनिया टोप्पो सहित अन्य कर्मियों की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका रही।
वहीं, नगर परिषद क्षेत्र अंतर्गत फुटपाथ विक्रेताओं से शुल्क वसूली, अनुमंडल कार्यालय परिसर में पार्किंग तथा विज्ञापन से संबंधित सैरातों के लिए किसी भी संवेदक द्वारा भाग नहीं लिया गया। उक्त सैरातों की बंदोबस्ती हेतु पुनः समाचार पत्रों के माध्यम से प्रकाशन कर प्रक्रिया संपन्न की जाएगी।
