गुमला: साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस पर उपायुक्त ने सुनी समस्याएं, दिए समाधान के निर्देश

गुमला, झारखंड: गुमला जिला मुख्यालय के चंदाली स्थित नए समाहरणालय में आज उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी की अध्यक्षता में साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन किया गया। इस मौके पर जिले के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों से आए नागरिकों ने अपनी समस्याएं और शिकायतें उपायुक्त के समक्ष प्रस्तुत की। कार्यक्रम में सड़क निर्माण, रोजगार, पारिवारिक विवाद, और सरकारी योजनाओं से संबंधित मुद्दों पर चर्चा हुई।

प्रमुख शिकायतों और उनके समाधान पर जोर

कार्यक्रम के दौरान कई अहम मामलों को उठाया गया और उपायुक्त ने संबंधित विभागों को त्वरित कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए।

सड़क मरम्मत पर कार्रवाई

ओकबा पंचायत के जागरण क्लब के अध्यक्ष ईश्वर गोप ने सिसई-बसिया मुख्य सड़क से ममरला कब्रिस्तान होते हुए बोंगालोया गांव तक की जर्जर सड़क की मरम्मत की मांग की। इस पर उपायुक्त ने REO विभाग को पत्र जारी कर सड़क मरम्मत कार्य जल्द शुरू करने के निर्देश दिए।

आवास योजना में विवाद का निपटारा

बाघिमा बाजार टांड की सुनीता देवी ने अबुआ आवास योजना के तहत स्वीकृत आवास निर्माण में पारिवारिक विवाद के कारण आ रही बाधाओं की शिकायत की। उपायुक्त ने एसडीओ बसिया और सीओ पालकोट को इस मामले का त्वरित समाधान करने और सुनीता देवी के आवास निर्माण को दोबारा शुरू करवाने के निर्देश दिए।

लूटपाट के मामले में कार्रवाई

टोटो क्षेत्र के रेनियर वैश्य समिति ने 12 दिसंबर 2024 को आशीष गुप्ता के परिवार के साथ हुई लूटपाट की घटना का मुद्दा उठाया। समिति ने लूटे गए सामान की बरामदगी की अपील की। उपायुक्त ने पुलिस प्रशासन को मामले की तेजी से जांच करने और जल्द से जल्द बरामदगी सुनिश्चित करने के आदेश दिए।

अन्य महत्वपूर्ण मामले

1. रोजगार की मांग:
   कई युवाओं ने सरकारी और निजी क्षेत्र में रोजगार दिलाने की अपील की। उपायुक्त ने जिला कौशल विकास केंद्र को अधिक युवाओं को रोजगार से जोड़ने के लिए कदम उठाने के निर्देश दिए।
2. सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ:
   प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना, वृद्धावस्था पेंशन, और राशन कार्ड से संबंधित समस्याओं को लेकर शिकायतें आईं। उपायुक्त ने संबंधित विभागों को पात्र लाभार्थियों को शीघ्र लाभान्वित करने का निर्देश दिया।
3. पारिवारिक विवाद:
   जमीन, संपत्ति, और घरेलू विवादों से जुड़े कई मामले सामने आए। उपायुक्त ने इन सभी मामलों को त्वरित समाधान के लिए अधिकारियों को सौंप दिया।

उपायुक्त का संदेश

उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने कहा कि जिला प्रशासन आम जनता की समस्याओं को हल करने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में उठाए गए मामलों को प्राथमिकता के साथ हल किया जाए और जिले में सुशासन सुनिश्चित हो।
