विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय: नामांकन प्रक्रिया में बड़ा बदलाव, अब 12वीं और स्नातक अंकों के आधार पर होगा प्रवेश

हजारीबाग, झारखंड: विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय ने सत्र 2025-26 के लिए स्नातक और स्नातकोत्तर पाठ्यक्रमों में नामांकन प्रक्रिया को सरल बनाने का फैसला किया है। शनिवार को आयोजित नामांकन समिति की बैठक में कुलपति प्रो. पवन कुमार पोद्दार की अध्यक्षता में यह निर्णय लिया गया। अब स्नातक पाठ्यक्रमों में 12वीं और स्नातकोत्तर पाठ्यक्रमों में स्नातक स्तर पर प्राप्त अंकों के आधार पर नामांकन किया जाएगा।

CUET आधारित नामांकन पर पुनर्विचार

बीते वर्षों में कॉमन यूनिवर्सिटी एंट्रेंस टेस्ट (CUET) के जरिए नामांकन की प्रक्रिया अपनाई गई थी। हालांकि, इस प्रक्रिया में छात्रों को परीक्षा शुल्क, दूरस्थ परीक्षा केंद्र, और अन्य कई असुविधाओं का सामना करना पड़ता था। बैठक में आंकड़ों के आधार पर पाया गया कि CUET की वजह से नामांकन की दर काफी कम रही।

स्नातक और स्नातकोत्तर नामांकन के आंकड़े:

• सत्र 2024-25 में स्नातक स्तर पर कुल 49,423 नामांकन हुए, जिनमें से केवल 5,539 CUET के माध्यम से थे।
• स्नातकोत्तर स्तर पर, 4,950 में से केवल 950 नामांकन CUET के आधार पर हुए।
  इससे यह स्पष्ट हुआ कि CUET आधारित प्रणाली के चलते 80-90% सीटें खाली रह गईं, जिससे सत्र भी अनियमित हो गए।

विधि पाठ्यक्रमों में सुधार

बैठक में यह निर्णय लिया गया कि बीए एलएलबी और एलएलबी पाठ्यक्रमों में प्रवेश के लिए आयोजित परीक्षा में सकारात्मक अंक प्राप्त करने वाले अभ्यर्थियों को मेधांक और रोस्टर के आधार पर नामांकन का अवसर मिलेगा। सदस्यों ने यह भी सुनिश्चित किया कि स्ववित्तपोषित पाठ्यक्रमों में कोई सीट खाली न रहे, ताकि कॉलेजों को आर्थिक नुकसान से बचाया जा सके।

स्ववित्तपोषित पाठ्यक्रमों के लिए तय समयसीमा

बैठक में यह तय किया गया कि विधि को छोड़कर अन्य स्ववित्तपोषित पाठ्यक्रमों में 15 जनवरी तक नामांकन प्रक्रिया पूरी कर ली जाएगी। एम.एड पाठ्यक्रमों में रिक्त सीटों को भरने के लिए राज्य सरकार से अनुमति लेने का प्रस्ताव भी पारित किया गया।

B.Ed कॉलेजों पर कड़ी निगरानी

बैठक में यह भी चर्चा हुई कि जिन B.Ed महाविद्यालयों ने विश्वविद्यालय की अनुमति के बिना 29 नवंबर के बाद नामांकन किया है, उनसे स्पष्टीकरण मांगा जाएगा।

अगले सत्र के लिए समयबद्ध योजना

नामांकन प्रक्रिया की देरी को रोकने के लिए अगले सत्र में दिवाली से पहले नामांकन कार्य पूरा करने की योजना बनाई गई।

कुलपति का संदेश

कुलपति प्रो. पवन कुमार पोद्दार ने कहा, “हमारी प्राथमिकता यह सुनिश्चित करना है कि नामांकन प्रक्रिया आसान, पारदर्शी और समय पर हो। इससे न केवल छात्रों को राहत मिलेगी, बल्कि विश्वविद्यालय के सत्र भी नियमित होंगे।”

बैठक में प्रो. मिथिलेश कुमार सिंह, प्रो. विमल कुमार मिश्रा, डॉ. एच.एन. सिन्हा, डॉ. विकास कुमार, डॉ. सुकल्याण मोइत्रा, डॉ. सादिक रज्जाक, डॉ. सुनील कुमार दुबे और नोडल अधिकारी डॉ. इंद्रजीत कुमार उपस्थित थे।
