गुमला – गुमला जिला मुख्यालय स्थित नयें समाहरणालय गुमला में गणतंत्र दिवस समारोह को गारिमामय तरीके से मनाए जाने के लिए बुधवार को गुमला उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी एवं पुलिस अधीक्षक शंभू कुमार सिंह की संयुक्त अध्यक्षता में समाहरणालय स्थित सभागार में बैठक की गई।
उपायुक्त ने 26 जनवरी को जिला स्थित अल्बर्ट एक्का स्टेडियम में होने वाले गणतंत्र दिवस के मुख्य समारोह की तैयारियों को लेकर संबंधित विभागों के अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने समारोह स्थल पर सफाई, पेयजल, बिजली, टेन्ट, माईक, बैठक, सुरक्षा एवं परिवहन की आवश्यक व्यवस्थाएं करने के अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए। वहीं शहर के प्रमुख स्थलों, विभिन्न कार्यालयों सहित समाहरणालय में विशेष एवं आकर्षक रोशनी की व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करने की बात कही। समारोह स्थल पर चिकित्सा व्यवस्था के संबंध में चिकित्सा कर्मियों को एम्बुलेंस के साथ उपस्थित रहने को कहा।
उन्होंने समारोह स्थल की व्यापक सुरक्षा व्यवस्था के लिए पर्याप्त जाप्ता लगाने एवं परेड रिहर्सल आदि के संबंध में आवश्यक निर्देश दिए। बच्चों को कराने वाले परेड की रिहर्सल के दौरान बच्चों के लिए आवश्यक व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करने पर विशेष ध्यान देने का निर्देश दिया। उन्होंने चिकित्सा विभाग, शिक्षा विभाग, महिला एवं बाल विकास विभाग, पर्यटन, पशुपालन विभाग एवं नगर परिषद आदि विभागों के अधिकारियों को झांकियों के प्रदर्शन संबंधी निर्देश प्रदान किए।
इस दौरान मुख्य रूप से उप विकास आयुक्त गुमला, परियोजना निदेशक PDITDA गुमला, निदेशक DRDA, जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी, जिला नजारत उप समाहर्ता ,सहित अन्य सम्बंधित विभागों के वरीय पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी मौजूद रहे।
