गुमला: उपायुक्त की अध्यक्षता में कल्याण योजनाओं की समीक्षा, सुधार और निष्पादन पर जोर

गुमला, झारखंड: बुधवार को गुमला जिला मुख्यालय में उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी की अध्यक्षता में कल्याण विभाग द्वारा संचालित विभिन्न योजनाओं की समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में छात्रवृत्ति, आवासीय विद्यालयों की स्थिति, जलापूर्ति योजनाओं, और विशेष समुदायों के लिए चल रही कल्याणकारी योजनाओं की गहन समीक्षा की गई। उपायुक्त ने संबंधित अधिकारियों को कई महत्वपूर्ण निर्देश दिए।

छात्रवृत्ति योजना: 100% पंजीकरण पर जोर

बैठक में छात्रवृत्ति योजना के तहत सभी पात्र विद्यार्थियों का शत-प्रतिशत पंजीकरण सुनिश्चित करने पर जोर दिया गया। उपायुक्त ने चेतावनी दी कि जो विद्यालय इस प्रक्रिया में देरी कर रहे हैं, उनके प्रधानाध्यापकों का वेतन स्थगित कर दिया जाएगा।

आवासीय विद्यालयों की स्थिति पर निर्देश

उपायुक्त ने 12 आवासीय विद्यालयों की भौतिक स्थिति पर विस्तार से चर्चा की। उन्होंने विद्यालयों में पेयजल, बिजली, भवन की मरम्मत, यूनिफॉर्म वितरण और स्वास्थ्य जांच जैसी सुविधाओं को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर सुधारने के निर्देश दिए।

• स्वास्थ्य कार्ड: नए दाखिले वाले विद्यार्थियों के लिए स्वास्थ्य कार्ड तैयार करने और नियमित स्वास्थ्य जांच सुनिश्चित करने को कहा गया।
• डाइनिंग टेबल: सभी विद्यालयों में विद्यार्थियों के लिए डाइनिंग टेबल उपलब्ध कराने का आदेश दिया गया।
• इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर सुधार: जर्जर भवनों और शौचालयों की मरम्मत के साथ पेयजल व्यवस्था को शीघ्र दुरुस्त करने पर बल दिया गया।

जलापूर्ति योजनाओं की समीक्षा

डुमरी जलापूर्ति योजना और अंजन ग्रामीण जलापूर्ति योजना की प्रगति पर चर्चा करते हुए उपायुक्त ने लंबित कार्यों को जल्द पूरा करने का निर्देश दिया। उन्होंने संबंधित विभागों को वन विभाग की अनुमति और अन्य क्लियरेंस में तेजी लाने के लिए कहा।

साइकिल वितरण योजना

बैठक में साइकिल वितरण योजना की भी समीक्षा की गई। उपायुक्त ने निर्देश दिया कि पात्र विद्यार्थियों को शत-प्रतिशत साइकिल वितरण सुनिश्चित किया जाए।

PVTG और JTDS योजनाओं पर फोकस

उपायुक्त ने PVTG (Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Groups) के लिए चल रही योजनाओं पर भी चर्चा की। उन्होंने कहा कि PVTG गांवों में स्वास्थ्य जांच और रिपोर्टिंग में सटीकता होनी चाहिए। साथ ही, इन समुदायों को सरकारी योजनाओं का पूरा लाभ प्रदान करने के निर्देश दिए।

अन्य निर्देश

• लंबित कार्यों का निपटारा: उपायुक्त ने छोटे और लंबित कार्यों को शीघ्र पूरा करने का आदेश दिया।
• कार्य निष्पादन की समीक्षा: भविष्य में सत्र नियमित करने और योजनाओं का समय पर क्रियान्वयन सुनिश्चित करने की बात कही गई।

बैठक में शामिल अधिकारी

इस समीक्षा बैठक में परियोजना निदेशक (ITDA), कल्याण पदाधिकारी, कार्यपालक अभियंता (पेयजल एवं स्वच्छता), कार्यपालक अभियंता जिला परिषद, माइनर इरीगेशन के अधिकारी, और शिक्षा विभाग के प्रतिनिधि सहित अन्य संबंधित अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।

उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने कहा कि कल्याणकारी योजनाओं का प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन जिले के विकास और जनकल्याण के लिए अत्यंत आवश्यक है। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को सभी निर्देशों का पालन करते हुए कार्यों को समयबद्ध ढंग से पूरा करने पर जोर दिया।
